Cool Crete

In June 2023 I visited Crete for the first time for two weeks. For the first week I stayed in Chania before moving to Rethymnon for the second week of my holiday. In Chania I stayed in the Minaret Suites & apartments. In Rethymnon i stayed in hotel Fortezza. While I was there I visited Elafonisi beach which is know for its pink sand. I also went on quadbike tour around parts of Crete. My favourite part of the holiday was watching the amazing sunsets every night while I was there. While I was there I tried the local Greek cuisine with my favourite being chicken souvlaki. While I was there I brought back souvenirs for my family such as Greek beach towels, keyrings, wine, olives, herbs and spices.
