Frankie did a great job in putting together a tailor made trip to Portugal. We were nervous about travelling as we haven't travelled since Covid - Frankie was super quick to reply to all our questions, and also made great suggestions about how a 2 centre city break could work; she organised all the logistics including transfers for us and was also flexible when we wanted to change our accommodation to something that we found. She sent us a fab tailor made dossier of our journey and went to a lot of trouble to make sure we felt supported and had all the info, this included maps to get to the nearest bus stop etc, which were very helpful. She also kept in touch whilst we were away to check in regularly and resolve any niggles we encountered. She got to know us and the kind of holiday that we wanted and took those factors into account at all times. Thanks Frankie for all your hard work and effort, we had a wonderful time!

We had an a amazing 2 weeks aboard MSC Seaside which is stunning ship & can only compliment you on your choice and advice with regard to opting for this cruise which more than met our expectations. Myself husband and I recently travelled to New York to get married, we have booked a number of trips through Frankie and they have all been top class holidays with every detail finely tuned thanks to Frankie.This trip was no exception our wedding day was fantastic thanks to Frankie and colleagues. A few days after the wedding storm Sandy hit which led to flights being cancelled and Frankie was on the case to book flights and extra nights at hotel. We have just returned from Hurricane torn New York, we were there celebrating our friends wedding. Sunday night we realised we wouldn't be coming home on time, one text to Frankie Lomas and our troubles were over. She arranged extra nights in our hotel ( we didn't even have to change rooms) new flights and transfers. I contacted Frankie whose was recommended to us by one of our family members as we were looking to celebrate my 50th birthday and my sister who was celebrating her 60th. We have never ever been treated this way before on any of our holidays! She really went that extra mile to make our birthdays so very special and so memorable. Frankie was recommended to me by a colleague, I have to say I was quite sceptical having never used the Travel Counsellors before, but how wrong could I have been. Frankie arranged an amazing 4 night break in New York for my 40th Birthday, it had to special but not breaking the bank - she totally succeeded and even arranged for a room upgrade for us with a magnificent view of the Empire State Building.
