She managed to interpret our loose ideas and come up with wonderful accommodation options in the most stunning locations. She’s super organised and creative with her problem solving. Using a travel counsellor takes the stress out of booking a holiday and I whole heartedly recommend Claire!

I’ve just booked a 40th birthday celebration trip to Las Vegas for my husband and myself through Paul. It has been a wonderful, positive experience so far and I know he has our back in the run up to and during our holiday! I normally book my own holidays but I was feeling quite anxious about the prospect due to Covid and travel restrictions. Paul has been fantastic at putting my mind at ease, recommending suitable travel dates, booking flexi tickets and reservations and sorting us out with insurance that covers potential Covid disruptions. He has explored all of my ideas on possible combinations of hotels and given us numerous quotes. He has the patience of a saint! I feel confident and relaxed about our holiday and that Paul has our best interests at heart. Thank you so much, we can’t wait to go!

After the first lockdown my wife and I were keen to book a holiday to adventure across Vietnam. We spoke to Sarah with the idea of travelling to Vietnam in February ’21. My wife had been to Vietnam previously and had an idea of the holiday we wanted. Sarah came up with a great plan, together with my wife, that we were really excited about. As the months rolled by, the pandemic seemed to be sabotaging our trip at every turn, but Sarah didn’t give up. She kept finding solutions and rescheduling new flights and kept us updated with every new announcement and change to the plan. Ultimately, we had to wave the white flag on our holiday, but we decided to keep the deposit with Sarah ready for our next holiday. The customer experience for us was amazing and we are super excited that our next holiday will be taken care of by Sarah.

I can’t recommend Dean highly enough. We decided to use him based on the recommendations. Dean was absolutely brilliant from day 1. Providing advice, suggestions and put together a dream trip to Dubai for us. We were so looking forward to it before the COVID situation hit. However, it was during this time that Dean went on to further surpass any expectations we could’ve had. Unfortunately, we decided to make the difficult decision to cancel our trip. Despite the fact that he was knowingly losing his income, he was supportive and informative. He duly went about making all the arrangements and was able to secure us a full refund, including our deposit. The money was returned to me in a timely and efficient manner. Dean was professional, courteous and kept us updated throughout the entire process. A completely different experience to previous package holidays we’ve had through High Street Travel Agents. I won’t be using anyone else for future holidays. As soon as we’re able to, Dean will be my first point of contact for our next holiday.

Mid-December last year I was flat out with work trying to get a massive project done before the festive season, I asked Hannah to be my travel counsellor and help me get to South Africa in time for Christmas, giving her less than a weeks notice! She promptly got back to me with a couple of options, assisted with all the necessary paperwork (as I had zero time to really do anything prior to leaving), including locating test centres for me for my Covid-19 pre-flight test. She stayed in regular contact through WhatsApp during my flights, making sure I arrived safely and without any hiccups. That was the easy part of the trip... The return journey was cancelled due to the UK shutting it's borders to any direct flights from SA. Again, these details were delivered to me by Hannah as soon as they were announced, and she promptly set about finding a new route home for me, while organising a refund for the original cancelled return flight. A second return flight was booked, returning via Amsterdam, but this was also cancelled due to the Dutch closing their borders too!! Again Hannah was straight onto informing me, requesting the refund from the airline, and sourcing yet another return flight. Third time lucky, I managed to get back via Doha, again with all necessary info and documents being emailed over to me, and with regular contact to make sure everything was going as smoothly as it could! I can't actually recommend Hannah highly enough, she went above and beyond anything I could have expected, meaning I could enjoy my time away without having to worry about a thing. (And there was a fair bit I could have worried about!) I can comfortably say I will be using Hannah for all future travel plans, and I highly recommend everyone reading this does the same!!! I would give a 6 out of 5-star rating, if that was possible!

I can't recommend Jemma enough! she has been fantastic in finding the perfect getaway for me and my family. Jemma has been professional and thorough throughout the whole process (which was very quick and easy). I gave Jemma some specific things we would be looking for in our holiday and in the same day she found the most amazing places, i was spoilt for choice! The communication has been fantastic and Jemma has found us the perfect holiday to look forward to after such a difficult year. thank you so much. The card delivered through the door this morning to thank us for booking was a lovely little touch. We will definitely be using Jemma again, she has completely taken the stress out of booking a holiday xx
