Ultimate Flexible Guarantee - Introduced considering changing Covid-19 restrictions, the guarantee offers unrivalled flexibility on select holiday packages to Dubai or the Maldives booked before 20th December and allows you to cancel or amend your booking free of charge up to 15 days before departure. The guarantee is also valid should you test positive for Covid-19 before travel; an airline cancels any flight on your booking or Government restrictions prevent you from travelling**.

Money paid to Travel Counsellors is secured in our trust account, and no customer monies are withdrawn until our travellers have completed their itinerary.
