We recently booked our holiday to turkey through Gemma Cochrane. She was amazing from start to finish, checked in with us at every point she could, updated us regularly, and ensured all of our travel plans went smoothly. Gemma even recommended airport parking for us, and when we was delayed she made sure we was ok.

Booking our holiday with Gemma Cochrane was one of the best decisions we made when deciding where to travel.
Gemma suggested beautiful locations and itinerary inspiration.
She was able to build us the perfect trip to Mauritius to celebrate a milestone birthday without any of the stress that usually accompanies planning a holiday.
Gemma stayed in contact with us before our trip and sorted all documents and check-ins.
Due to unforeseen circumstances our outbound flight had to make an emergency stop, unbeknownst to us Gemma was handling the delay with our onward travel and when we landed we were met with reassuring messages that our connections to the hotel would still be waiting for us.
Gemma was on hand during our trip and helped us to organise some additional excursions whilst we were away as well as some in room birthday surprises.
She was always responsive and even followed up with us on our return
I don’t know how it took us so long to find Gemma but we will certainly be using her for our future trips and will be recommending her to anyone who asks!

We had a flawless family holiday booked and organised by Gemma Cochrane at Travel Counsellors, Gemma had listened to our needs as a family from start to finish answering all questions in depth going above and beyond when preparing our airport assistance for safe travels to our flights, coach transfers and hotel. Having Gemma at the end of the phone reduced stress which made us feel at ease when in and out of the country.
My Confidence exceeded my expectations due to Gemma Cochrane taking the essential information of what we needed as a family to have memorable holiday in Rhodes, this was because of an outcome of Gemma having a passionate way of effectively communicating with us to ensure that we were able to understand, while being open to a wide range of questions. I would highly recommend Gemma as a Travel Consultant. She is diligent, informative and possesses strong communication skills. From the outset, Gemma went above and beyond to meet our specific requirements. It is apparent that Gemma has a passion for travel as she has a deep knowledge of different places around the world. She was also able to provide us with current and accurate travel advice. This was the first time we have used the services of a Travel Consultant as we usually book holidays independently. However, beyond a shadow of a doubt I most definitely will be consulting Gemma again when we book future holidays.

Just returned from a break in Malta ..absolutely brilliant trip from start to finish and made so much better with the help and care from Gemma Cochrane . Everything went smoothly, any questions we had in the whole process were answered quickly .

Gemma was amazing from start to finish. I contacted Gemma as i wanted her help to plan a surprise 40th/honeymoon trip. She was great as she sent me lots of different ideas within my budget. Gemma sent me a great deal for Santorini and it was perfect she went above and beyond to get it all booked up. Had an amazing holiday in Tunisia, Gemma Cochrane made my booking experience seamless from start to finish and also booked at a great price, cheaper than EasyJet directly. She notified me of any flight change as soon as she was notified by easyJet, she made sure the transfer updated correctly too with the flight time amendment. I can not recommend Gemma Cochrane enough- I was extremely nervous about booking a holiday having not booked a family trip in 5years. Gemma worked with me to make the experience a positive one - her attention to detail is amazing!
The hotel was gorgeous and flights were seamless with Gemma even promoting me with my online check-in. My youngest son is autistic and Gemma looked into ‘assisted travel’ to ensure we were supported. Unfortunately while away my son broke out in chicken pox which would have been stressful if it wasn’t for Gemma being on hand speaking to the hotel and ensuring I was safe during my unexpected extended stay. I highly recommend Gemma as a professional and friendly individual who is extremely passionate in her role ??

We booked our family 2024 summer holiday through Gemma Cochrane, Travel Counsellor. As a full-time working Mum of two children, searching for holidays, trying to meet everyone's requirements whilst maintaining budget is extremely time consuming and I often go round in circles and procrastinate with myself, Gemma took this away from me. Not only does she do all the 'leg' work, list3ning to our needs, but she was also an amazing sounding board and council when discussing holiday options.
Gemma's fantastic customer service did not end with the sourcing and booking of the holiday but continued right through our customer journey with her until we were safely back home following an amazing family holiday.
Gemma also went over and above, I must have mentioned in passing that my husband and I were celebrating our Anniversary. Upon arrival at our hotel room, we were greeted by balloons, swans made from the linen, a welcome celebratory cake, which was a really lovely touch.
I would not hesitate to recommend Gemma to others and use her again. A person with a genuine desire to deliver great customer service and ensure her clients have amazing holidays. ??
