I have over 15 years’ experience working with in the Travel Industry, this really is my passion.
I have worked for high street agents as well as having been lucky enough to fly all over the world and I have also worked right at the very heart of Travel Counsellors at Head Office.

Travel is a true bug and I have been lucky enough to visit and experience some of the most amazing places around the world including Las Vegas, Maldives, Canadian Rockies, Africa taking in a safari as well as getting married in Florida.
Using Travel Counsellors award winning technology, I can offer a truly personalised travel service to tailor make your perfect trip.
I can quickly search hundreds of flights, accommodation and transfers to find the best deal. Plus, every trip is 100% financially protected via the Travel Counsellors Trust.

I work flexibly from home and I am available at a time to suit you. I will arrange everything for you from inputting your advanced passenger information printing boarding passes, travel insurance, excursions and even private dining at your destination.

I would 100% recommend booking a holiday with Travel Counsellors. I used to have the attitude that I could find the holidays myself however this time I decided to reach out to Gemma and ask her to help me plan my trip. Gemma sent me a number of options and we went with one off Gemma's recommendation. Within a few minutes I received a link to make my payment and then shortly after received all my booking information. In the meantime Gemma had called the hotel and complied all together the relevant information we needed with regards to Covid testing etc The app showed all our journey details and is incredibly straight forward to use. So in conclusion not only did Gemma find me the perfect trip, she took all the stress away by sending me all the information I needed in these confusing times. Will definitely be recommending and using Gemma's services again.

This booking with Gemma is my first experience with Travel Counsellors and I will certainly be booking with Gemma in future ! Not only did Gemma get me the holiday which I wanted , she was knowledgeable about Covid matters, which has alleviated some concerns. She also booked seats together for me when I was unable to access the tour operators website myself. All documentation was received swiftly.
