With over 21 years of experience in the travel industry with Thomas Cook/Going Places since June 2002 and then Travel Counsellors from October 2019, I can literally take away all the hassle of organizing all your travel arrangements.

The process has been absolutely seamless from start to finish. George was very responsive and gave us some great ideas considering we didn't really have much of an idea where we wanted to go. He gave some great ideas and got us on the right track. After a bit of research all we needed to do was give George a budget to work with and literally a shopping list of what we wanted and he delivered and then some. Absolutely smashed our expectations and surprises us by how far he made our budget stretch to. All the stress was taken out of it for us and were just allowed to sit back and enjoy the process without getting stressed out about any of it. I would highly recommend.

If I could score 100 I would.. George Triggs is by far the best travel consultant I have ever come across. The past two weeks alone must of been exhausting for him just with my questions for a family holiday…but you know what he did it with all his heart and experience for what we needed. We have booked our holiday for next year for the family and I’m still thinking about where myself and husband would like to go this year. George has a wealth of knowledge and the flight and hotel options he has sourced for our trip to New York are over and above what we found when we were searching the internet. George provided us with a number of options to explore, with varying flight times, locations and hotels and has given us loads of information on things to do while we are there. We booked our first holiday through George in 2020 which he put together excellently, not only ticking all the boxes but even turning up on the doorstep with the paperwork and baggage labels which was not only a huge surprise but a very cool personal touch, something that is so often missed in today’s world!
Due to COVID the holiday actually turned into an absolute nightmare whilst we were away, and whilst the airline and travel operator were less than absolutely useless, George was quite frankly “unbelievable” in how he supported us and he went way above any level of service we have ever received from any travel operator in 20 years.
George listens to what your ideal holiday experience is and he puts 110% into ensuring that it exceeds all of your expectations from start to finish.
We have already booked holidays for the next 2 years with George and the more we work with our Travel Counsellor- George Triggs, the more we are finding that he completely understands what we really want from our holidays and it’s so easy to book even the most complex holidays.

I sent George a message and he gave me his price but then went and phoned the operator to see if they could do anything with the price. This was not something that George needed to do, but knowing George he always likes to keep the customer at heart and wear their flip flops. George has been absolutely amazing sorting out and booking our family holiday for 2021! A cruise around The Norwegian Fjords! Nothing was too much bother, too much trouble or a hassle for him. I just booked our family holiday with George and couldn’t be more happy with everything, nothing is too much trouble for him and he always goes that extra mile to make sure everything is perfect.
