A bit about me: I have been in the travel industry for over 20 years and can’t imagine doing anything else - it’s not just a job, it’s my passion. I have lived in Greenock all my life and have two young children who make me smile every single day!
WHY BOOK WITH ME? I am passionate about travel and love doing my job. Few things in life are more rewarding than finding the perfect holiday for you to build your lasting memories, and I don’t mind how much time it takes to do this.
I am completely independent of any travel chain. This means I don’t have to sell a certain tour operator and it leaves me free to give impartial advice! I’ll tailor make a holiday just for you, build it to what you want, matching your criteria. The world is your oyster and I can build you a bespoke holiday, to you, nothing is impossible – and I love a challenge! I treat every holiday as if it was my own. I thoroughly research each holiday before I present it to you ensuring I offer complete and honest advice - booking online can’t give you that.
From the traditional package holidays, to cruises, weddings, honeymoons, short breaks, pre-booking your seats to printing your boarding cards I am on-hand to deliver, leaving you to look forward to your holiday, and pack! I have been very fortunate to visit many countries over the years and if I haven’t yet been, it’s on my list! I specialise in Disney and can tell you all you need to know and more about this fabulous magical place where dreams come true. I enjoy tailor making cruise holidays and doing something that little bit different.

Gillian was very knowledgeable about the type of package I was looking for and was able to make recommendations based on her previous customers experience. She took a lot of time to go through everything with me from pre booking seats to car insurance to make sure there weren’t any hidden charges and was able to find me accommodation without resort fees. I have in the past booked my own holidays online and was a little apprehensive about booking with a travel counsellor. Right from my first conversation with Gillian I felt very at ease and love how she helped me very quickly find a holiday which suited the needs of my family at a price I am very happy with. All her hard work saved me a great deal of time which i now dont need to spend online looking for a holiday. Gillian made booking a holiday for my friends stag really easy. Gave her a rough idea of what we wanted and to be honest not much of a budget which was making it hard for me to book through local travel agents. Within 24 hours she had contacted me with a list of various options and also lots of info on each one ( nightlife, popularity and so on ). I've already recommended Gillian to a few folk I know who are booking up soon and would gladly recommend to anyone looking in the future.

Brilliant service from Gillian. She is well experienced in her field and also very knowledgeable on locations and specific hotels. She pretty much knows everything you need to know, and I mean everything. A real personal touch and Gillian also took the time to ask me about the families interests and what we like to do on holiday to enable her find us the perfect solution for all. Gillian took the time to look at all options that would be suitable for us and told me in depth about the location/activities available. She also made us feel more relaxed about exploring a new country. I would recommend the service to anyone and already have mentioned her name to other holiday seekers.
