As usual the standard of service and attention to detail was superb. We had a 7 day break in Spain which catered for all our needs including the sites (Alhambra) the cities (Sevilla) and the sea (Finca Cortesin) All without a hitch!

In February 2009, I contacted Gillian to see about the possiblility of getting me flights to Entebbe Uganda in March!!..She was fantastic, and was able to secure me flights to London and Entebbe at such short notice...Whilst in Uganda BA staff went on strike which meant that my flights home had been cancelled. Gillian stayed in constant contact with me in Uganda and without any further cost to myself was able to get me on the next available flight home!!..I cant thank her enough for what she did for me at that time. Gillian is the person you need to contact if you are travelling anywhere - she will find a holiday for you - take away all the hard work of trawling through brochures - and look after everthing in a most professional manner. I will not travel again without contacting her to organise my trip!

I first came across Gillian when she worked at BA Travelshop in Belfast and she helped me out with flights to Cape Town on our very first trip to South Africa.
