Hello I'm Gwyneth Prosser and I'm a Travel Counsellor. That means, I'm an experienced travel advisor and I'm here to organise the very best of holidays for you. That can start from your very preliminary thinking - 'where shall we go' to 'that's all organised, we are off next week'.
My experience covers many years in the travel business and my particular interest and expertise is in Australasia, Canada and South Africa. That does not mean that I am unhappy organising various types of holiday in other parts of the world! I will also organise any cruise, ocean or river to suit your budget.
I suppose my personal motto for your holiday is 'you want it - I'll do all I can to organise it for you'.
In addition as a Travel Counsellor, I have the whole of the organisation behind me to help and provide the further care and attention when and if needed.
I really care about your holiday as do we all at Travel Counsellors. Looking forward to hearing from you.
Whatever your holiday needs I'm here to help you, so please either fill in and send the form below or simply give me a call and I can get things started for you:-

Uniworld were a superb tour operator, as are Travel Counsellors, in their service, level of expertise, care and attention that they bring to organising a holiday for their clients. We would like to mention Gwyneth Prosser specifically, who did everything she possibly could to facilitate ease, comfort and security on our trip. It gives one a feeling of confidence to know that this level of expertise is available at all times.

Having recently discovered Gwyneth Prosser within the Travel Counsellors network, we can only regret not having met her earlier in our travel experience. The travel service and information she offers is wholly professional and presented with total consideration of the client’s requirements. Her expertise coupled with a friendly approach create a feeling of confidence and relaxation with regard to the holiday booking. We, having travelled extensively, are somewhat fastidious in our expectations and whatever our request, Gwyneth handles with competent assurance.

We have booked our holidays with Gwyneth over the past ten years. We have always taken her advice on destinations and what holiday companies to travel with, so we get the best out of our holidays. She is very competent in what she does and goes out of her way to please people. She makes sure that all paper work is in order: flight tickets, boarding passes and holiday insurance for example.

I have known Gwyneth for at least 10 years and during that time we have booked many holidays through her. Gwyneth has always been very helpful and nothing is ever too much trouble. We have always been very happy with her excellent service! I have recommended Gwyneth to many friends in the past and will continue to do so.

Gwyneth organised a surprise trip to Finland for my partners 30th birthday. She was enthusiastic and excellent from start to finish- ensuring that the whole package met my exact requirements. Gwyneth sorted out all the time planning of transport, excursions and accommodation so it was all timed perfectly which enabled us to fit in a jam packed amazing holiday in the short time we had. The whole holiday was perfect and exceeded our expectations. If it wasn't for all Gwyneth's advice and organising, it would have been a different story - she kept the whole thing a secret for over 3 months!

How lucky was I to win this trip? Titan’s exclusive charter cruise on the MS Serenade 1. Indeed, I was. Eighteen agents plus Alana Jones, Titan Agency Sales Executive accompanied us from London Heathrow on the 20th October on the BA Flight to Basel to join our coach transfer to our ship on day three. We were given a warm welcome by the staff on-board and the passengers already on-board seemed genuinely pleased to see us. They had been staying in Montreux for two nights before boarding. After a glass of bubbly, we were shown to our twin shared cabins that were very...

The Educational Trip to Marrakesh and Essaouira was hosted by the Moroccan Tourist Board and an early flight to Marrakesh and short transfer to the Movenpick Hotel Mansur Eddahbi for our stay for three nights. I travelled with 40 Travel Counsellors and we spent the rest of the afternoon visiting the souks. While the ancient medina, with its bustling charm and exotic aromas is the main draw of any visit to Marrakech, the city offers far more than just souks and shopping. While some of our group headed off for a more cultural experience at Hotel La Maison Arabe Marrakech...

The Northern Lights My trip started with a chartered flight from Manchester to Tromso on the 6th December 16. I was booked on a 3-night Hurtigruten Voyage within the Arctic Circle from Tromso; Northbound to Kirkenes and return Southbound to Tromso. On the flight out we were lucky enough to have two Hurtigruten Representatives on board. They organised a quiz for everyone to take part. There were three prizes of really good quality binoculars. They made it a real fun flight. I had heard this trip was the best chance to see the Northern...

I travelled with 5 Travel Agents and two employees from Tourism Fiji. Ruth Lansdell who travelled with us from the UK and Chad Eastwood who we met up with on arrival. Flights were with Korean Air from Heathrow via Seoul to Nadi International Airport. Nadi is Fiji’s largest town and the main gateway to Fiji; situated on the western side of Vita Levu, one of the 333 island that make up Fiji. 100 of them are inhabited. Fiji is located in the heart of the Pacific Ocean, north of New Zealand and North West of Australia with a land...

Harmony of the Seas is the largest and most expensive cruise liner in the world and I was lucky enough to have won my twin/double balcony cabin for the weekend with Royal Caribbean. This ship certainly has the WOW factor! It has been described as the ‘ultimate ship’ and at 227,000 gross tones carrying up to 5,497 guests with 2,300 international crew members it has 18 decks and 24 elevators, 20 restaurants and bars it is very impressive! As our time was limited I was on a mission to explore as much as possible. My favourite experience was the ‘Central Park’...

I had an early start and met up with Sophie, Classic Collections Representative at 5am at Gatwick Airport South. There were nine of us altogether including seven other Travel Counsellors. Flights to Crete are available from regional airports, however on this particular occasion, flights were from Gatwick to Heraklion. Flight took 3.5 hours and it was wonderful to feel the warmth of the sunshine. After gathering our luggage we enjoyed an excellent lunch at Cretan Restaurant Peskesi in Heraklion; afterwards we had a short walk in the town before leaving for Rethymon and checking-in at the Sentido Aegean Pearl,...

Flights were with BA from Heathrow direct to Las Vegas. Our Hotel for the 4 days was The Wynn which is so massive I had trouble finding my way out! The first two days was spent visiting 16 Hotels. We then had an opportunity to have some free time. We had walked an average of seven miles a day so wanted to try an alternative form of transport. Our day started with a helicopter ride over the Hoover Dam, Lake Mead and then onto the Grand Canyon. We met up with our pilot from Papillion helicopters at Boulder City airport about...

My incredible holiday started on March 8th 2015 at the Sofitel, London Heathrow which is joined to Terminal 5 and an ideal place to stay if flying with BA; just walk from the Hotel via a walkway into the Terminal. So easy, especially when we needed to be checked in early for a flight at 07.25 which took us via Madrid to Lima in Peru where we stayed for two nights. A fascinating city; we visited the Presidential Palace, Lima Cathedral and Saint Francis' Church. There were spectacular views of Lima's Bay from Love Park where we stopped for an ice-cream. We...

I travelled with my family to the Sani Beach Resort, Greece over Easter. My family consists of my four grandsons aged 9, 6, 2 and nearly 1 years and their brave parents. One has to be brave to even consider taking a young family through an airport with two buggies containing the two youngest children together with all the paraphernalia that is part of the requirements of a 1 and 2 year old; plus their two older brothers each having their own contents on wheels, one which tipped over every time there was a hint of a corner to negotiate. It...

In August this year (2013) I visited the lovely city of Dublin. I had been there some years ago for a short weekend and this was another short visit to watch the Liverpool V Celtic game at the Aviva Stadium. My son came with me, his four boys, aged 8, 6, 23 months and 4 months and their Mum, so quite a gang of us - plus a double pushchair! We travelled with Irish Ferries from Holyhead to Dublin which were very full both ways. Dublin was busy due to the football match and also an Equestrian Event was being...

On the 16th September 2013 I travelled with my family to Dubai. There were seven of us including my four grandsons aged 8, 6, 2 and 4 months. We flew from Manchester with Emirates and the staff on board were amazingly helpful. Bulk head seats were booked in advance as was a bassinet for our baby. The children were very happy with their TV sets watching films and thank goodness for Thomas the Tank! That kept the 2 year old entertained most of the time. Emirates staff also handed out ‘goody bags’ for the children which they...

As I walked along the quay in the gentle warm breeze I caught the first view of the ship and thought wow – what an impressive sight. It looked like a huge block of flats and we were so close it was impossible to see the top, stern or bow. It was beautifully painted in white and glistened in the warm sunshine set against the perfect blue sky. What a contrast to the start of our journey from Powys some hours earlier - minus five and snowing! I was already smiling inside as I boarded the ship to start my...
