I would highly recommend Helen, I felt like she has a very professional but relaxed style which instantly puts you at ease when trying to explain what you would like from a holiday and maybe things that you are unsure about. Nothing was too much trouble, she explored all dates and options available to us to come up with a holiday that suited us in terms of budget and experiences she recommended the room she thought would be best for us based on our family and child's age and offered advise on places to visit and eat. She reassured is about the situation regarding covid and what questions she would ask the resort nearer the time if restrictions were still in place. Thank you for booking our group trip to Vegas for May 2022! Such an easy process.. As a family, we had some anxiety about booking holidays online after we had lost money due to Covid last year, so we decided to go through an agent - it was important to us that they were impartial so that they could guarantee the best market prices. Helen suggested destinations, extras and experiences that we didn't even think of looking at and made us feel secure and prioritsed. She wasn't in any way like a sales executive trying to be pushy, she offered us a personalised experiences based on our needs and wants as a family.
