Hello, my name is Hayley and I am proud to be your local Travel Counsellor. I have worked within the travel industry on the high street for over 15 years– so some of you may recognise me!
As a Travel Counsellor, I have total independence and can offer you the best possible service and choice of holiday as I do not have specific targets and not restricted to any tour operator. I treat each enquiry as if it was my own, I often spend many hours researching specific locations, contacting local representatives in the resort and arranging ‘little extras’ to ensure you have the best possible holiday at the best possible price.
I do not have set working hours and work to suit you! I am available throughout the week including weekends and evenings. I look after your booking from start to finish as I believe it is the little things that matter, so whether I am printing your boarding passes, or speaking to you whilst you are in resort – I am on hand 24/7
I have over 10 years’ experience of working within the travel industry which has allowed me to visit many destinations including America, The Bahamas, Thailand, Singapore, Australia, Dubai, Lapland, Spain including its islands, Portugal, Disneyland Paris, Egypt, Greece and Turkey! I am also a cruise expert and have been aboard Royal Caribbean, Princess Cruises, P&O Cruises and Fred Olsen, however, I have a wealth of knowledge in all ocean and river cruising.
I can offer personal recommendations for the destinations listed above, however, I can arrange holidays to any part of the globe and Travel Counsellors uses the latest award-winning technology to ensure your money and holiday is totally 100% protected.
I hold dual nationality and lucky enough to have lived both here in the UK and in Perth, Western Australia. My last visit to Australia was in November 2015 and I visited Perth, Adelaide and Sydney. I love creating in-depth itineraries for this fabulous country, so whether you want to travel cross-country on the Indian Pacific train, climb Sydney Harbour Bridge or snorkel the Great Barrier Reef, please get in touch so I can plan your next adventure.
Lastly, I do not charge anything extra for my service! I love creating and looking after my customers holidays in the hope that you will recommend me to family and friends.

Myself & my boyfriend are young adults (20yo) who have started travelling alone loads post Covid. Hayley’s packages and expertise holiday help has come in use multiple times now. From start to finish our holidays have run smoothly and we couldn’t fault her one bit. Hayley goes the extra mile every time to make sure all requests are met (no matter how rogue some of them have been). Hayley has given us the confidence to book places we wouldn’t of felt confident going to if we were to organise it ourselves due to how complicated logistics can get. Hayley’s response times are rapid and she is very informative with explaining options to us. Hayley was very helpful and proactive in finding a way to get me from my Florida villa (where I was staying) to my ambition of going on a trip to the Everglades. This included finding a lovely couple who owned a taxi company, who came to pick me up at around 04:30 from my villa and took me to a pickup point for me to catch my coach to the Everglades, the taxi driver even offered to stay with me until the coach came. The same driver picked me up from the pickup point at end of my long day/night in Miami and took me back to my villa.. I am fortunate to be using Hayley's services again for a trip next year, the hotel I wanted has closed down but Hayley did not give up in finding something a little different. This will give me both the familiar area but something new to explore.

My wife and I would like to thankyou for organising such a wonderful trip to Iceland .
Everything from start to finish was very fluent with no problems with arrangements for transportation to our destinations.
The tour guide for the glacier trip, he was brilliant as was the whole day and the excursions you arranged too. The company you use were very efficient and friendly.
