I would recommend Travel Counsellors and Hillary Alexander. have recently come back from a trip with flights booked through Travel Counsellors via Hilary and everything went swimmingly. My connection times were pretty tight, (just over 1 hour) which i chose, but was still a little worried as there was not much wiggle room for any potential delay. Hilary however, gave me all the necessary contact details and what to do, should I miss my connection. Thankfully, it was not needed. It went amazingly well and absolutely would recommend Hilary/Travel Counsellors as my go to agent.

Hilary is nothing short of amazing! Hugely knowledgeable, calm & unflappable, she resolved a couple of very tricky situations for me in between Christmas and New Year when she shouldn't have been working.
