Day 1: Arrival; Denpasar – Candidasa

Greeted at the airport, you’ll stop off at Goa Lawah temple before proceeding to your hotel for time at leisure.

Day 2: Candidasa

Trek to Pura Lempuyang, explore Tirta Gangga Water Palace and visit Tenganan village, where Bali’s first inhabitants display their weavings.

Day 3: Candidasa – Lovina

Visit Besakih Temple (the island’s largest and most important), lunch with Lake and Mount Batur views and tour Beji Temple.

Day 4: Lovina – Munduk

Discover Lovina’s gorgeous sands, then head for the rare Buddhist temple Brahma Vihara Arama and bathe in sacred hot springs.

Day 5: Munduk – Umabian

Hike to Munduk’s waterfalls and plantations, then visit Ulun Danu Temple, a local markeand Jatiluwih’s UNESCO-listed rice fields. 

Day 6: Umabian – Ubud

Learn about farming on a village tour, visit Tad Tanah Lot sea temple and marvel at a Balinese dance performance.

Day 7: Ubud

Tour the unique temples of Tirta Empul and Gunung Kawi before indulging in a Balinese massage at a local spa.

Day 8: Ubud – departure (or optional beach hotel in south Bali)

Take in Ubud’s museums, palaces and markets, lunch at one of its top restaurants then fly home or travel south.
