Day one

Guests can kickstart the weekend with Sandbank Dynamic Fitness, an outdoor workout beside the sparkling waters of the Indian Ocean. There’s also sociable tennis at the resort’s beachside tennis court. Meanwhile, younger guess can learn to make nutritious smoothies at the fantastic kids’ club, which comes complete with a beachside splash park.

Day two

Today starts with a serene and immersive nature walk led by the resort's head of gardening, teaching you about the island’s gorgeous flora and fauna. Afterwards, you can rehydrate by learning to make your own healthy mocktail at the Café Lounge, and find inner calm at a yogic sleep meditation on the spa’s otherworldly rooftop, guided by the resident yogi. Younger guests will get the chance to find inner zen with some meditative drawing at the yoga studio.

Day three

There’s a balanced start to today with a mat Pilates session at the rooftop spa, enhancing your core strength and flexibility. There’s also a lively beach volleyball session on the agenda, blending fun with physical fitness, while families are in for a treat thanks to the exhilarating Fun Tube ride.
