Luxury cuisine and travel with Emirates

Both the airlines’ A380 and B777 aircraft promise a world-class experience based on exceptional features and services – including superb cuisine. We’ve looked at what to expect in each of Emirates’ premium cabins, including the exciting dining opportunities.

First Class

Flying First Class with Emirates, you can count on delicious multi-course meals and an array of tempting snacks – served any time you wish. They include generous servings of fine caviar at any time during your flight, served using a mother-of-pearl spoon and accompanied by melba toast, egg, chives, white onions, sour cream, and lemon, and a Movie Snack Menu of popcorn, vegan bites, mini burger sliders, and other classic snacks.

You’ll be welcomed aboard with canapés before being treated to authentic regional dishes inspired by the places Emirates can take you to, made using premium seasonal ingredients such as Australian Angus beef, Yarra Valley cheese, and Japanese farm produce. And it’s served in style too - on exclusive Royal Doulton fine chinaware, with cutlery by Robert Welch.

If you travel aboard an A380, which operates on selected routes, you’ll also have access to the Onboard Lounge, where a dedicated bartender will treat you to premium drinks and canapés. These aircraft also feature a fabulous shower spa built into the nose of the plane, where you can use your exclusive Bulgari amenity kit to refresh yourself for arrival.

All First Class passengers also get sleep sets (loungewear and slippers) and exclusive skincare and spa products, as well as access to luxury airport lounges and complimentary chauffeur-driven transfers up to a distance of 70 miles in the UK and Dubai.

Business Class

If you fly in this class, you’ll enjoy gourmet cuisine – with the possibility of ordering your favourite dishes as early as 14 days before you fly. You might savour traditional Arabic mezze when you’re flying to Dubai, Mauritian chicken curry on your way to Mauritius, or the new Japanese dining experience on your way to Tokyo or Osaka.

Business Class passengers also benefit from the chauffeur-driven transfers described above, and on A380s from access to the Onboard Lounge. The soft-leather Business Class seats can also recline to fully flat and have 23-inch HD TV.

Premium Economy

In this class, which is currently available on a limited number of flights, you can still expect exceptional dining – regional monthly menus based on local flavours and, again, served on Royal Doulton china with linen-wrapped stainless steel cutlery, on a polished woodgrain dining table that folds neatly into your seat.

All classes include a choice of inventive vegan dishes, which might include zucchini tart, jackfruit biryani, and chocolate truffle cake with roasted hazelnuts. There’s also an outstanding drinks selection, including a Chandon sparkling wine, extra vintages from the Business Class list, and liqueurs accompanied by chocolates.
