Days 1–4: Phuket
Your holiday begins in the vibrant island of Phuket, where family fun and laid-back luxury come together effortlessly. Start with some R&R on the pristine beaches, but don’t miss out on the variety of activities the island has to offer. Wander through Old Phuket Town’s colourful streets, learn about traditional Thai customs, and grab snacks like mango sticky rice and refreshing coconut ice cream to fuel the little ones.
Introduce your children to cultural wonders by exploring Wat Chalong Buddhist temple or take a family-friendly boat trip to Phang Nga Bay, an otherworldly region filled with limestone karst islands and emerald waters.
Days 5-6: Khao Sok National Park
Next up is Khao Sok National Park, a haven for nature enthusiasts and renowned for its lush rainforest, dramatic limestone cliffs, and the stunning Cheow Lan Lake. You’ll spend two nights at Elephant Hills, a unique jungle stay that focuses on putting you in the heart of nature. You and the kids will have the opportunity to learn about elephants and how you can aid in their conservation, as well as getting closer to local communities and sharing stories with Thai families.
The immersive jungle experiences here are not to be missed, with opportunities for guided hikes, wildlife spotting, and canoe trips along serene rivers. Days 7-10: Khao Lak
Your final few days are spent in Khao Lak, which offers a quieter, more laid-back alternative to the bustling beaches of Phuket. Known for its pristine coastline and crystal-clear waters, it’s the perfect destination for relaxation and underwater exploration. The nearby Similan and Surin Islands are famous for world-class snorkelling and scuba diving, revealing vibrant coral reefs and abundant marine life.
