Hi, I’m Jackie. I live with my husband and 2 children on the Wirral.
I have over 21 years of experience as an award-winning travel agent, starting my career working on Cruise ships & in Mediterranean hotels followed by 18 years working in various High Street Travel Agencies.
I have been very fortunate to visit some amazing places including Canada, Italy, Greece, Singapore, Egypt and the Caribbean. One of my favourite destinations is the USA, which has included visits to San Francisco, Las Vegas, Yosemite National Park, Napa Valley, Los Angeles & Florida.
My passion for travel has always been prominent and I have gained extensive knowledge in planning incredible and memorable holidays for a wide range of clients. I think I get just as excited about booking holidays as my customers do going on them!
I pride myself on developing long-term relationships with my clients who often return to me year after year due to my high level of personal service, genuine care and detailed approach. Jackie is always very thorough and explains everything about the booking, what you need to do. She also gives a lot of information about the trip and things like excursions due to her own travel experiences. I wouldn't trust anybody else with my holiday arrangements as she is so great and professional at her job.
