Hi, I’m Jacob – your Personal Travel Counsellor. I live on the Wirral with my husband and our dog, though my roots go back to sunny Margate. Travel has always been a huge part of my life – both professionally and personally – and now I’m here to help you experience the world in the most effortless and memorable way possible.

With over 13 years of experience in the travel industry, I’ve been lucky enough to live and work abroad in destinations like Turkey, Spain and Greece before moving into high street travel. My career has taken me through well-known names such as TUI and Hays, where I managed branches in Heswall, after working in Canterbury, Cheshire Oaks, and Chester. Most recently, I’ve spent the last year creating luxury, tailor-made holidays for high-end clients – an experience that reinforced my belief that everyone deserves that level of care, detail, and personal attention.

Travel isn’t just my job – it’s my passion. Over the years, I’ve ticked off some amazing adventures: watching the Northern Lights in Iceland, capturing perfect photos at the Eiffel Tower, Leaning Tower of Pisa and Chichen Itza, relaxing on the white sands of the Virgin Islands, and cruising the Caribbean and Mediterranean. I’ve wandered the iconic whitewashed streets of Oia in Santorini and even visited Florida five times!
