Booked to go to Thailand last minute and Jenny was happy to help us an amazing holiday in a really short space of time. She was so patient with us and tweaked the criteria a few times until we found exactly what we were looking for. We also missed the first flight due to not having a transit visa! Something to watch out for!! Jenny quickly worked with us to get us booked into a flight a couple of hours later, so we did not miss the whole holiday. She’s so kind and dedicated to her work, she was flexible to talk to me whenever and organised the documents into hard copies and also on the app, which was super easy to follow and relieved a lot of stress of finding transportation and things to do on holiday. Jenny organised the trip of a lifetime for us and we could not be more grateful. 6 people including 2 children travelling around Thailand for 2 weeks. Six flights, four hotels, all connections were perfectly detailed and arranged but what makes a holiday with Jen special are the personal touches - upgrades & cakes at the hotels because she knew there were two special birthdays, cupcakes delivered to work as the holiday approached and a welcome pack after we arrived home from travelling for 24 hours of pizza, milk, bread, Diet Coke etc She really is one in a million ??
