My name is Jenny Brown and I am passionate about everything to do with travelling. I am a bit of a chatterbox and could talk all day about it! I love nothing more than doing my absolute best for my clients and ensuring I have sent them on the most amazing holiday possible.
With the stress of everyday life, holidays are precious and every moment of your holiday counts, which is why I do my very best to create that perfect holiday which is individual to each and every customer and their individual needs.
So what makes me qualified to help you? Well for starters, I have travelled all over the world - whilst being single, since I’ve been married to my husband Mike and now with my 2 gorgeous boys Jamie and Joshua. So I have plenty of experience of different types of holidays from solo travellers, couples to families. I even chose to get married abroad in Mexico and so I have plenty of experience on weddings abroad, not to mention honeymoons!
In addition, I keep abreast of the ever-changing holiday industry, ensuring my knowledge is continually updated to introduce you to and to find you the very best hotels, resorts and attractions in your chosen destination. I will also help you choose the best destination for your holiday dependent upon what you are looking for.
I love getting to know new people and travel is what I live and breathe. I’m living the dream, spending time finding out what my clients want and making it a reality whatever the budget or dream. As a result I treat every booking like it is my own and put the same energy and care into it as if I were booking it for my family. There are no opening and no closing times - I am available whenever. The idea being that I provide you with a service that is completely personal and entirely stress free (on your behalf anyway) which is what holidays should be. Furthermore, all holidays I book are 100% financially secured and ATOL protected. So your money is always protected.

Jenny is the very definition of a Travel Counsellor. She clearly works incredibly hard to find the best holiday and her attention to detail, along with her knowledge sets her apart from any other travel agent we've come across. Booked to go to Thailand last minute and Jenny was happy to help us an amazing holiday in a really short space of time. She was so patient with us and tweaked the criteria a few times until we found exactly what we were looking for. We also missed the first flight due to not having a transit visa! Something to watch out for!! Jenny quickly worked with us to get us booked into a flight a couple of hours later, so we did not miss the whole holiday. She’s so kind and dedicated to her work, she was flexible to talk to me whenever and organised the documents into hard copies and also on the app, which was super easy to follow and relieved a lot of stress of finding transportation and things to do on holiday. I have spoke to many other travel agents and nobody has ever cared as much about getting us an amazing holiday that’s also within our budget. Will never use anybody else now I found Jenny, couldn’t recommend her highly enough.

Jenny organised the trip of a lifetime for us and we could not be more grateful. 6 people including 2 children travelling around Thailand for 2 weeks. Six flights, four hotels, all connections were perfectly detailed and arranged but what makes a holiday with Jen special are the personal touches - upgrades & cakes at the hotels because she knew there were two special birthdays, cupcakes delivered to work as the holiday approached and a welcome pack after we arrived home from travelling for 24 hours of pizza, milk, bread, Diet Coke etc

Jenny goes above and beyond to provide the best possible service and never fails to deliver our ideal holiday.
Most recently Jenny booked a special holiday for my husband's 40th. She delivered what I thought wasn't possible - his ideal destination, best possible airline and perfect hotel all within budget. We were already chuffed to bits and then she managed to get our room upgraded so we had an amazing view. Added to this we had a bottle of champagne in our room and free breakfast. Just perfect. I could not be more grateful as it meant I was able to give my husband the best possible birthday. Before using Jenny we used to book our holidays direct and would have probably tried to do this particular holiday ourselves but there's no way we would have been able to secure anything that came close and for such good value.
Jenny is also wonderful at booking family holidays. We have a two year old and she is so patient and comes up with just what we are after every time. She really does treat our holidays as if they're her own - the care she takes is admirable. Makes us feel like real VIP. And, she never forgets to send us a card - such a lovely touch. No matter how much or how little we spend with Jenny, she makes us feel special. She's a real find and I wouldn't book our holidays with anyone else.

Jenny was amazing! She worked till late to make sure I got the right holiday for me. I love the small personal touches as well including a thank you card with a personal message and the fact I have her direct number as she is the only person I am having to deal with so she will always know exactly what is happening. Would always book with Jenny and would certainly recommend her.

Just want to say a huge thank you to Jenny for everything she did for me and my husband for our honeymoon. We really had no idea where we wanted go (whilst trying to avoid the Zika virus) and from the minute we enquired with her, the service we received was brilliant. She took the pressure off us whilst wedding planning and we didn't have to worry about anything, she organised our check in's at airports, documents and transfers. For anyone apprehensive about using a Travel Counsellor instead of going into a travel agents, do not fear! Jenny is fantastic and even welcomed us home with breakfast supplies at our home. Thanks for being ace Jen!

Only 2 weeks ago I was recommended and got in touch with the lovely Jenny, explaining how myself and my partner were desperate to get away, with flights rapidly running out everywhere we tried (and us being a little fussy didn't help) Jenny planned us a city break in Rome, from meeting us with our boarding passes for a Starbucks, parking at the airport to excursions whilst away, making our trip so easy and care free! Enquired on my Facebook about flights to Vietnam yesterday, Jenny was recommended to me by a friend, within a few hours Jenny had sorted our flights and layover hotels. Jenny responded immediately and efficiently to all messages and the whole process was so smooth. This was also all done late in the evening! I didn't expect to get a response to my message so quickly. Thank you Jenny, I will be using you to sort my honeymoon plans for next year as well.
