Hi and welcome!

I’m Jo and I’m a Travel Counsellor based in Manchester where I live with my partner, who has also worked in the travel industry for the last 35 years, my 15 year old rugby fanatic son and 2 cats, our rescue Ophelia and our new addition, little Bear.

My love for travel began upon leaving school, working for an independent Travel Agency where I discovered my passion for the industry and creating wonderful, exciting travel itineraries to fantastic destinations all over the world. After many years of learning my craft as a Travel Agent, I would then take a different route into Tour Operations where I learned about another part of the industry and all aspects of the business. During this time, I was a VIP Department Team Leader selling France, Ireland & Disney and European & Worldwide City breaks. I also spent time working in the Duty Office, helping clients resolve any in resort issues. Here, I was lucky enough to be given the opportunities to experience and visit many fabulous places both far and wide, immersing myself in different local cultures. I have travelled extensively in Europe from the Balearics to the Canaries in Spain and visited many Greek Islands whilst living in Zakynthos in my younger days! Vienna and Budapest are two of my favourite cities along with Paris, Amsterdam and Stockholm. I thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful French Alps and fell in love with Niagara Falls, Banff, Lake Louise and the vibrant Toronto in Canada. Closer to home, I enjoyed travelling around Northern and Southern Ireland. After taking some time out to have my family, I have decided to return to my passion and become a Travel Counsellor. Having 18 years experience within the industry and the knowledge I have gleaned along the way, I feel I am well equipped to understand and provide the right trip for your needs, no trip is too big or too small.

As a Travel Counsellor, we have 100% financial protection through ATOL and through our market leading Travel Counsellors Financial Trust. We have a 24/7 Duty Office for any issues that may arise whilst in resort so you are completely, fully supported.
