My name is Joanne and I am a Travel Counsellor based in Little Melton, a village just outside Norwich, where I live with my husband and two sons.
I studied travel & tourism at College and have been hooked on the travel industry ever since, now clocking up 25 years in different roles – eek where did the time go!
My last role was with Etihad Airways which allowed us to live in Abu Dhabi for 12 years, where both boys were born. We returned to the UK in 2021 as felt it was time for my sons to learn the real word for long shorts was trousers!
I have enjoyed Commercial positions in hotels and airlines, along with a couple of years as a Holiday Representative in Europe (summer & winter) and a year discovering Australia, New Zealand and the Far East.
I have been fortunate to visit many countries during my years working in the travel industry and therefore I have a good understanding of exciting & fulfilling holiday destinations.
One of my reasons for joining travel counsellors is for the flexibility, not only mine but yours also, I am happy to meet or chat whenever is convenient with you, be it weekdays, evenings or weekends. I pride myself on giving exceptional personalised service, and getting to know you and your family helps me to tailor-make a holiday that suits you individually.
