Joy Sellars is the most amazing travel counsellor. We have used her services on numerous occasions. The recent being a Silver Sea Cruise for next February. We had a few issues with my husband's health so couldn't fully commit until we got the go ahead from the Consultant. Joy was on hand the whole time and also had a lot of problems with the American Silver Sea Office who decided to put up the cost of the cruise without telling Joy. She was on holiday and dealt with it all. To us that is true professionalism. Joy was very patient in trying to help us with a holiday that we have booked in November for January, so no easy booking! She went back several times to help us with various price points and locations. I gave Joy the near impossible challenge of arranging a last minute holiday for 5 adults. Within an hour, she had found the perfect hotel plus flights and 6 hours later we were at Heathrow with all our documentation.
