Based In Crewe
Hello my name is Julie Chesters and I am a Travel Counsellor based in Crewe. Thank you for visiting my webpage.
This year I am celebrating 40 years in travel, something I am very proud of. I am as passionate about travel now as I was when I very first started in the industry. I work from home and live in Crewe Cheshire.
I am delighted to have joined Travel Counsellors, 10 years ago now, because it allows me to give you the highest level of personal service and independent impartial advice and allows me to pass on my knowledge and experience to you.
Having worked in the industry for so long I have had the opportunity to visit many places around the world, I have also undertaken many training courses and have a number of qualifications. My first hand knowledge of places such as the Caribbean (one of my favourites being the Bahamas!), America, Far East, Australia, Northern Africa, Middle East, Indian Ocean and Europe helps me make suggestions and recommendations to you when you are considering your own holiday destination.
I have cruised the Med, Caribbean and Middle East. Cruising is something I really enjoy and I can help with all your cruise questions and enquiries.
I can arrange family holidays, weddings abroad (I got married in Florida), honeymoons, stag/hen parties, cruise, ski, flight only and much much more. I also have access to the low cost airlines and can book these along with accommodation and transfers separately to tailor make your holiday.
My customer service is testament to the satisfaction experienced by my many customers who not only use my services over and over again, but who also pass on my name to their family and friends. Indeed, all my business is generated by personal recommendations and repeat customers many of whom I now consider as friends.
My business is based on providing my customers with the highest level of service from booking the holiday to returning home from it, why not give me a call or email me with your details. I will be delighted to assist you.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Julie

Here we are sitting on our sunbeds in Palma Nova at the Hotel Son Matias basking in beautiful early morning sunshine with a fabulous view of the beach right in front of us. Who would believe it was March?! We arrived from Manchester late evening and transferred to the hotel, which took 30 minutes by coach. We chose the Son Matias after calling into the hotel on a previous occasion and deciding next time we came this way it was where we wanted to stay. We had been impressed by the welcome we received from Keith on reception and the cleanliness of the hotel. We made the right decision. The welcome was as warm as the first time, the staff are friendly and courteous and nothing is too much trouble. Each room at the hotel has a sea view to enjoy which is so lovely especially sitting on your balcony! It is an ' Adult Only' hotel which caters 99% for British clientele. The culinary choices were fantastic and always a great selection for evening meal. The food was excellent. I had the pleasure of meeting the Manager Andres who kindly showed me some of the suites available which had been specially adapted for the disabled and less mobile of us. Features included a walk in shower and wider access into the room for wheelchairs. Hoists can also be provided for baths if needed. There is also a hoist that can be used by the swimming pool. The hotel is right on the promenade in Palma Nova, alongside a beautiful Blue Flag awarded beach. It is very flat and very suitable for people with walking difficulties or breathing problems. The area itself is quiet and relaxing and you can get a bus just outside the hotel to take you straight into Palma City for 2.50 euros. Definitely worth a visit! In contrast to its much busier neighbour Magaluf, Palma Nova is suitable for families couples and the elderly. You can get to many other parts of Majorca from the bus stop outside the hotel as well as Palma. Just across the road from the hotel there is a lovely Piano Bar called 'El Mecca' so if you fancy a change from the hotel entertainment Pepe on the Piano will always oblige with a favourite song or two. The bar was one of the first to open in the 60's by local twins who still run it to this day. Nico, the manager and his team Miguel, Jose, Boby and Maria are a really friendly bunch and you can always be assured of good food and a lovely warm atmosphere day or night. Palma Nova has the usual array of souvenir shops along with Bars and Restaurants and the walk along the promenade is lovely. If after all that walking you fancy being pampered just across the way you can get a lovely Massage or Reflexology treatment in the Hotel St Lucia and the prices are very good. I took advantage myself! If you are looking for somewhere not to far from home, give Majorca a visit you -won't regret it. Only 2 hours 45 from Manchester, the scenery in the middle of the island is beautiful and breathtaking and there are lots of great excursions available to get you around. We had a wonderful time, so why not call me and I can tell you more?! I look forward to hearing from you soon!
