This is the first time we have used Julie/Travel Counsellors and to be frank, she has been absolutely BRILLIANT!!! We were not getting anywhere with booking on the high street and what should have been an enjoyable experience (booking our family holiday) was fast becoming very stressful. Julie was recommended by a friend on Facebook and 'quickly' took control of our needs and sorted everything out exactly as we wanted. We will definitely be approaching Julie again for our next holiday and will NOT be using the high street again. Extremely impressive.

Julie booked our holiday last year in Aruba and it was fabulous, she arranged upgrades on the flights, oh and what a difference these made. It was the most relaxing holiday we have had, the only down side was the tropical storm on our 2nd day which washed lots of the beach away. Julie arranged a family holiday for us to New York in August. The service was exeptional. We required tickets for a Yankees game, Julie really excelled herself speaking to colleagues in the US to find out where we could get the tickets and which were the best seats. She is extremely pleasant to deal with and exceptionally helpful. We will definitely be ringing her in the future.
