We had left this trip very late in the day. But Julie found exactly what we were looking for within a matter of hours! She was easy to contact and talk to and seemed genuinely excited at finding what we wanted. She sent messages even at times when she would not have been working. We could not have asked for more and have already recommended her to friends and work colleagues .

The usual service we have become to expect as true normal!!! Exceptional patience and customer service again!!

Julie was amazing! Listened to my needs and my requests, she offered exactly what I asked for but also went the extra mile and sourced better routes, timings and connections which offered many choices. We are lucky enough to travel often and have a lot of experience with other 'leading' travel consultancy companies but never have we had the pleasure of the bespoke, friendly and professional service we received from Julie. I have recently booked our annual family holiday with Julie Moore. I would and have recommend Julie to friends and family. My dad gave me Julie's number because he said she was brilliant and I would just like to say Julie is amazing. I had never spoken to Julie until I rang about a flight: it was like I had known her for years. Nothing was too much trouble and what a amazing lady she is.
