I am constantly being kept up to date with all the new protocols to ensure that you have all the most current information on border closures (or openings) and also that any suppliers I use will comply with safe travel practices.

My clients book with me time and time again, because they know I listen carefully to their needs and that I have the expertise and knowledge to provide recommendations which are tailored to their requirements and more importantly I save them time and money. Client satisfaction is very important to me and I'm happy to say that the majority of my new clients are referrals from my existing customers.

My love of travel began almost 20 years ago growing up in Australia. I started out managing the inbound tour arm of All Nippon Airways which handled luxury tours to Australia for Japanese tourists, where I learnt the importance of true customer service. Since then I have acquired a diverse and extensive wealth of experience in the travel industry in many countries. I have also travelled widely myself including such places as Australia, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Laos, Vietnam, Pakistan, China, Hong Kong, Macau Russia (Trans-Siberian train), most of Europe (East & West) including Scandinavia, Morocco, South Africa, UAE (Dubai), Maldives, USA, Jamaica, Cuba, Ecuador and I have lived for 3-4 years in each of Japan, Spain & France where I also mastered the local languages and understand the cultures and lifestyles. So, I am able to pass on this wealth of knowledge and experience to you and ensure your trip is the best it can be.

Julie assisted me with leaving Australia, to reunite with my partner that I had not seen for 18 months, which I can not thank her enough for. Her expert experience and knowledge of dealing with travel in pandemics, left me feeling confident about the outcome I would have. I hereby come to talk a little about my experience and at the same time recommend the work of the travel advisor that stayed in my heart. I am an Australian citizen along with my son. My partner got a travel exemption as well as a visa to travel with us. We have been planning our trip for almost a year and a half! A year and a half of anxieties, worries, fears and anguish. Our biggest problem has always been flights and their stopovers. Tickets were very expensive. We hired a travel agency that sold us tickets with a stopover in the US. As we did not know this detail, because when hiring a travel agency we were completely rested, we had the feedback later from people in the groups who warned us that we could not travel with a stopover in the US. It was when Julie Savill appeared, who promptly responded to my comment, warning that she could not travel with this scale but that she was ready to help me with whatever I needed. It was actually an angel that appeared in our lives! In addition to being an excellent professional, she is a very human and sensitive person with each person. She tried to understand our story, understood our side, worked out a plan together with us, and depending on what we wanted, and with our budget, Julie looked around and showed us what she had and what she could get. She finally found a flight to suit us and that was it. On June 3rd we traveled towards our Australian dream! I think it's not enough just to be professionals and do our job in the best way. We have to be human, put ourselves in the other's shoes, empathize and be sensitive. In this particular case, I was very anxious and sad about not being able to return to Australia, and Julie always supported me, gave me advice and calmed me down. Sometimes we have to find the right person to give us a new direction and destination on our path.

Julie from travel councillors is a life saver!!! After receiving very poor service from flight centre, I needed a travel agent that could walk us through the process of getting to Australia during these difficult covid times. Julie sent me a message on Facebook and the exceptional service began from there! Julie was available most hrs (very handy when you're on the other side of the world) and she walked us through all the paperwork required and flight options with precision detail. Within 2 weeks we're were flying! Everything was arranged and the process at the airport was very smooth. We needed to make one change to our domestic flight but this was no problem and Julie had everything fixed in prompt time. Without Julie and Travel Councillors, we simply would not have been able to get to Australia. I can not recommend Travel Councillors and Julie highly enough!!! The customer service is exceptional! Julie was highly recommended to me by a family member as I was looking to fly from Sydney to London in March 2020. Due to COVID-19, the majority of flights were being cancelled so it was extremely difficult to find a flight to London. Julie managed to get me on one of the last flights out of Sydney, at the very last minute, for a reasonable price and with a fantastic airline, ANA. I was traveling at a very scary time, and I had a long layover in Japan, but Julie was in constant contact with myself and my family throughout the entire journey and was extremely helpful. From my first email, to landing home in London, the process was so smooth and I didn't have to worry about anything. Highly recommend, and thank you so much!

Julie Savill is the consummate travel professional - no matter what my destination or request she always gets me the best deals and gives he best advice. I can even rely on her to recommend a great venue for a business meeting or personal lunch in a city I am not familiar with. She even makes sure that my flights are organised so that jetlag is minimised on long haul segments. Julie even orgainised a great European summer break for myself and some friends last year- this came complete with restuarant and night life recommended - all of which were spot on. I am always recommending Julie to friends and colleagues who persist in booking themselves on the Internet and therefore suffer the inevitable frustrations and problems with do it yourself travel.
