Currently on a re arranged holiday in the algarve that was booked for us by Juliet. We were originally planning a trip of a lifetime back to California where we honeymooned but sadly due to personal circumstances we had to cancel and change destination. Nothing was too much trouble for Juliet. We gave her a budget and she worked with it and came up with this little gem. The hotel is child free as we haven’t had a holiday as a couple without children for 20 years. It is absolutely perfect in every way. Juliet provided us with a 5* service when we recently booked a holiday to Mauritius. All the worry and hassle of researching, comparing, choosing, booking etc was taken away by Juliet who took care of everything, and I mean everything. She researched, recommended and booked the whole trip for us. She then dealt with all the check-ins, any other travel queries we had and the most exciting part was the welcome home bag which she left on our doorstep. After a 24-hour journey she realised that we had little energy left to go food shopping but she purchased all the immediate basics for us so we could get through the rest of the day and night and do our own shop the following day when we were refreshed and rested. What excellent service. Such eye for detail. Superb!

With my holiday arranged so quick. It took all the stress of organizing a holiday away from me. Now I can sit back and look forward to going away. I would certainly use Juliet again and will be recommending her to my friends.

Juliet was very efficient in sorting out our holiday and trip itinerary for our recent booking in a friendly professional manner. Even when we amended some details Juliet was quick to respond and give us alternatives. Would definitely use again it was the easiest holiday we have ever booked.

Juliet has been amazing, no request is too much, she is available to help whether it's planning the entire trip, or answering payment questions at nearly midnight, and changing that hotel option for 4th or 5th time! Not only is Juliet helpful & organised, she's friendly & caring, it feels like I've got a friend to rely on, and not just someone at the end of the phone. You can really feel the personal element of service at TC. Planning a wedding is stressful, to then combine that with honeymoon planning = double stress. But Juliet has arranged everything, and created the most amazing dream honeymoon for us & taken away much of the stress of planning. I couldn't rate higher, I absolutely will recommend TC & Juliet to friends & family, and no doubt, we'll be back to get help planning holidays in the future (once we've actually got some money to go away once we settle down into married life!)

We took our first family holiday arranged by Juliet in April. It is safe to say we will always be booking our travel through her in the future. Every stress, every detail, every moment was meticulously taken care of by Juliet. From the moment of even thinking about a holiday, to the moment we arrived home to find a goody bag of welcome home food on our door step- Juliet had everything covered. In addition to her spectacular knowledge, prompt service and ease to work with the holiday came in well below our expected budget. We could literally have not asked for more!

We first used Juliet for a holiday in Greece in October 2017 and she was amazing. She listened to our needs and recommended a resort that was perfect for us. What sets Juliet aside from others is that she continues to care for you after the booking - for example, she checks clients in for flights and when an airline launched a seat sale after we booked she checked if she could get our flights cheaper and did! I still can’t believe she did this and saved us a good few hundred pounds. Already booked two more breaks with her for 2018!

I haven't got enough words to express my thanks and praise for the amazing job she did for my best friend and I recently. I am about to hit a big milestone birthday (70) and am steadily working through my bucket list. I contacted Juliet and told her that I was thinking of a trip to India and asked her if she could advise me. Juliet asked me what my wish list was, I might add it was quite extensive and also slightly obscure I.e. a session of laughing yoga! The itinerary she produced was outstanding, I couldn't have wished for any improvement on it. It included every last thing I'd asked for and then some. My husband was concerned that two women travelling in India could be risky but Juliet put his mind and ours at rest with her attention to detail and care. The trip was astonishing, utterly seemless, there wasn't a moment that we felt unsafe. Our guides, transfers and travel were amazing. It included flights, car travel, train travel and a stay on a boat. We felt so safe and were able to drink in all of the wonderful experience without any worry. Juliet had assured us that she was on the end of the telephone if we needed her but we never had the need to ask for help, so tight was our travel plan. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in entrusting Juliet Twena with anyone's travel dreams. She is ace! Thank you again Juliet, I know you enjoy making people's dreams come true and you certainly did that for me.

We went to Juliet on a recommendation from a friend and haven’t looked back since. Juliet organised everything for our holiday including flights, transfers and hotels, even recommending places to see and eat! She makes it an easy, stress free experience and we have just booked our second holiday with her, knowing she’ll make every moment of it perfect.

Excellent service, communication, efficiency and a superb customer approach. Juliet was extremely professional. I told her what I wanted and she did the rest. That sounds normal but not in today's holiday service, you get a half hearted solution which doesn't exactly match up with what you wanted or indeed was promised. I will definitely use her services again and have recommended her to my friends.

Wow! This lovely lady has just organised my honeymoon for April 2018. I didn't even know people like this existed! I was starting to get really stressed at the thought of sieving through all the online travel companies and felt so overwhelmed by all the TripAdvisor results. Booking a holiday through Juliet has made the whole thing stress free and really quite enjoyable. She did all the leg work, researching the hotels, getting the best price in the BA sale, booking transfers and not only that she checked us in, printed our paperwork, made all our dinner reservations and booked our excursions too! Juliet is amazing....she organised a very special holiday for mammy, my sister and myself to Malta. I cannot say enough about her professionalism and kindness through out this holiday, all I had to do was send copies of passports/dates and everything was organised. Juliet was so helpful in finding me the right hotel in Vegas and for the right price which also includes the flights from jersey which is a big bonus. Also has made is so easy for me and any problems nothing is too much trouble it has been so nice just to have someone who really knows what your are looking for. Juliet provided us with several travel options to choose from, based on a very little information from us. Each option was perfectly in tune with what we wanted, our budget & our interests - great food for thought and obvious time & care taken to prepare the quotes for us. She made every effort to maximise our trip in terms of flight times, location of accommodation & local amenities. The booking, payment & confirmation process was simple & we received our travel documents the next day. We couldn't have asked for more; the time spent looking at different options for us, preparing quotes & completing our booking, but most of all the insight & knowledge behind her suggestions really helped us get what we wanted out of our holiday.
