Working with Karen for my recent trip to New York was a revelation. Her ability to find the perfect location for me to stay was incredible. Navigating the flight-booking system on one of the busiest weekends in New York was seamless. Knowing that she was aware of my return flight while I was away was incredibly reassuring. She is amazing. I will no longer feel the usual dread when I need to travel by air!
