However she really helped us out massive after we had an incident on a flight which caused it to return to the airport and ended up being cancelled. She worked quickly behind the scenes without being prompted and booked us on the next flight out the following morning, which only a handful of passengers of our flight got on as it was virtual full. I would highly recommend Katie to anyone she is great at what she does.

I want to say a massive thank you to Katie for arranging a trip to Dubai as part of my other half's 40th celebrations. From someone that is usually quite confident in booking and arranging things, what with the pandemic I felt like it was definitely best left to the professional. From start to end Katie kept me updated with changes, found a fab hotel and arranged all the transfers in between. The little pack that arrived in the post just beforehand with my ticket information as well as some playing cards really made me excited for our trip and I thought was a really nice personal touch. Late 2018 we decided that we would do a trip to the Munich Oktoberfest 2019. While we were in discussion’s I meet Katie, she explained how she get to understand her client’s requirements and budgets to find the right holiday for them, and that customer service is her priority. We decided rather than spending endless nights trailing through various booking sites to find the best flights and then the best accommodation, it may be easier to leave it to Katie to sort out this year’s weekend away. Katie performed and delivered as she promised. She organised our flights and secured our accommodation all within our budget. In addition to this at the last minute one of the party needed to change his flight to come back a day early. It was so easy to speak to Katie who organised the change very promptly and efficiently. Having spent several hours trying to do this myself and getting nowhere fast, I decided to call upon the services of Katie from Travel Counsellors. Booking a holiday has never been so hassle-free, especially as it was such a last minute thing. After a brief chat with Katie outlining where, when, type of accommodation and which airports we would prefer to travel from, Katie was able provide us with a quote by email detailing everything that was included next day. In addition, private transfers were also arranged to and from the airport in Italy, which took away any hassle of trying to find our apartment and getting to and from the airport. Nothing was too much trouble and even the ability to make payment via the online app made things so simple. Katie even went to the trouble of writing our luggage labels, which is a job normally done last minute or forgotten totally. As we were arriving late on the Sunday evening, Katie contacted the property owners to get us the procedure for an out of hours arrival, which was something we hadn’t thought of.

Katie organised a trip to Malta this year for my wife and I. She provided us with a number of options based on our brief and we chose a hotel we thought would be ideal for our needs. The process was very straight forward and saved us the time and stress of searching for accommodation and flights ourselves, something I personally find a great chore. Shortly before we were due to go, it was discovered there was some building work going on at the hotel and the sun terrace would not be available. On our behalf, Katie negotiated a discount for the inconvenience and the use of the sun terrace on an adjoining hotel. We wanted to say how impressed we were with the service we received. The initial search for a holiday was made much easier as we just told you what we wanted and you went away and did all the hard work! Having small children means doing anything during daylight hours is difficult so your flexible working hours also really suited us, meaning we could discuss things in the evening. You were always at the the end of a phone and really prompt to answer emails, even once we were on holiday and had the minor bed issue your excellent service continued and we thought that was amazing. We chatted to a couple whilst on holiday who were saying that booking through jet2 they had wanted to charge £25 to print their tickets off. I told them how brilliant it had been not only that you printed and sent us all our paperwork but checked us in, informed us of flight changes and sent little goody bags for the kids. Overall we cannot fault your dedication and customer service.

I asked Katie for help with finding a UK holiday for my elderly mum.
