I decided to join Travel Counsellors and set up on my own after working for a blue chip Travel Agent for almost 25 years.
Travel Counsellors gives me the freedom to use over 350 travel suppliers, which gives me the opportunity to offer my customers the best available deals to suit their individual needs.
I believe in delivering excellent customer service, and will strive to ensure that I turn your plans into your dream holiday.
I have travelled extensively, most recently to Barcelona, Jamaica and Florida. I have holidayed in Orlando many times, so please ask me any questions if you are planning your dream trip.

Laura was fantastic from the booking of our holiday right through to when we landed. She arranged all of our flights, accommodation, transfers and seats on the plane. She even arranged for kids meals for our 2 children which is something I hadn't even thought of. Laura sent us all of our hard copy booking confirmation forms for our hotels and flights and had even filled out our luggage tickets with our details on!!!! I had already researched our holiday before I was introduced to Laura so had a good idea of the cost but she went above and beyond to at least match the prices I had found and even beat them!! I really do appreciate the time and effort she went into to make our holiday happen. I have already referred 2 friends to Laura and would definitely ask for her assistance when we are next booking our holiday.

I would never go anywhere else. Laura has done my family holidays for years. Thailand last year was planned by Laura with no detail left untouched. Utterly amazing and with 6 weeks before we went. Loved it so much we have just booked Thailand again with Laura with 7 weeks to go this time. Also planned a trip with friends and children to Disneyland Paris. Laura has excelled in booking/sorting everything out from start to finish. Her service has been amazing. We have booked 4 holidays with her this year and each one has been outstanding. Laura has been fantastic throughout the process. She has been very accommodating, as our holiday plans have changed and developed. Having recently travelled in the area herself, Laura was able to suggest ideas for activities and day trips that could be of interest to my family, and give us prices and availabilities. Laura provides a personalised excellent service, well above the standard travel agent you come across in the high street. Laura prides herself on the service she gives. Readily available and quick to respond to any question or change in plans. Before I went on my multi place travels I was safe in the knowledge that Laura had organised everything and that I had nothing to be concerned about. Needless to say everything went smoothly, she even arranged for the next boarding pass to be printed in each hotel upon check out. This was excellent and not expected, it certainly helped at check in at the airports! Just a little of the service that Laura provides. I will certainly be recommending Laura to my friends and family and have already contacted her regarding my next trip in 2018 to which she is already working on!! Laura has herself travelled a lot and has experience of many countries. Whether you have you own itinerary or would like suggestions Laura will cetainly help you.Thanks Laura.

Laura was recommended to me by a friend,I can honestly say Laura was brilliant at helping me find the perfect destination for my wife's 50th birthday present.She was in constant contact with me to arrange little details for that extra touch! I could not have wished for a better service!.. I even got a card in post asking did I have a good time? You don't get that at the travel agents!

I would like to thank Laura for arranging a couple of trips for me now to Thailand and Brazil. In both instances Laura arranged everything, flights, accommodation and transfers. Laura recommendations, particularly hotels along the way were all great and in my hour of need in Brazil (the only time I booked a hotel myself, which wasnt up to standard!!) I called Laura and the next morning moved to a lovely hotel. I would recommend Laura to anyone (the people I have so far have also been really impressed and grateful!).
Laura is well knowledged, well organised and very prompt when questions are asked. A great service overall all the way down to the little details and I would have no hesitation in recommending and using Laura again. Brilliant.

A friend introduced me to Laura and I've found her to be brilliant and very patient! My husband and I have always fancied spending Christmas and New Year somewhere hot, so we chose Thailand. I emailed Laura the places we wanted to visit and our budget. She came back to me with so many different options. Our itinerary wasn't the easiest but Laura has arranged everything from our allocated seats on the plane to road transfers, ferries, speedboats, travel insurance etc. Laura has been an absolute pleasure to deal with and it makes such a difference to deal with someone who genuinely cares.
I have recommended all my friends and family, and I shall be contacting Laura for her next mission soon!

We have made use of Laura's services for the last four years in booking holidays and short breaks. We regularly pick her brains in planning a holiday. She has booked skiing holiday's in the US, short city breaks and recently a Meditteranean cruise for us. She has a great knowledge of the travel industry and pays great attention to detail. She looks after everything from airport parking right through to filling out the airline labels for us!

I would like to thank Laura for a wonderfully planned trip to Thailand. I gave Laura a very difficult itinerary which included arranging six different destinations, six private boat transfers, and two internal flights.
