Hello and thank you for visiting my website, my name is Leander and I am an independent travel counsellor based in North Manchester.

It's important to me that I understand you and your fellow travellers so I can prepare bespoke recommendation's based on your preferences and make your dreams come true. If we can't meet in person I can arrange a teams call to introduce myself and get to know you.

I've been lucky enough to experience some amazing countries like Maldives, Dubai, Jamaica, Cuba, USA, Greece, Spain, Finland (yes we saw the real Father Christmas!) Morocco, Egypt, Mexico, the list goes on. If it's a country or itinerary I haven't personally experienced I have a network of over 2,000 travel counsellors I can reach out to, I have access to DMCs (Destination Management Company's) with first hand knowledge of a country who can help with authentic experiences that are both educational and inspiring, that cannot be replicated. I can even arrange a private jet! Set me the challenge and I will deliver.

My support doesn't stop once you have booked, I'm available to discuss anything before you travel, while you are away and when you return, you have my direct line.
If it's a time when I am taking a break myself I will have appointed an experienced buddy to look after my clients and we have a 24/7 duty office so you will always have access to a human being.

We offer a secure payment process and for any booking your money is held in an independent trust account, you will have ATOL protection or a one-off travel arrangement. Travel Counsellors have been rated green (the highest level) for flexibility on the Which? holiday checker and during the COVID-19 pandemic MoneySavingExpert's number one travel company for customer service.

My experience was Leander was amazing. Leander has been amazing! She's super friendly and helpful, so really easy to deal with, yet also professional. I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted so Leander asked pertinent questions to come up with 3 great options that suited me perfectly. In just a matter of days she has sorted everything out, and all I have to do is get myself to the airport!!! As a lone traveller in my 60s, it was important to me that I'd have someone to support me if there were any issues abroad, and Leander has given me that real sense of security. I am more than pleased with the service she provides and would wholeheartedly recommend using Leander if you're planning a trip abroad.
