Lesley was excellent in her manner, knowledge and efficiency. For our convenience, she was happy to come to the house and listen to our thoughts for our trip. Using her own knowledge she was able to add some great suggestions/ideas which we hadn't thought of, She then came up with two different itineraries for us to choose. Both were excellent, but leaving from Glasgow suited us better than leaving from Edinburgh. When booking the hotel in Napa, she discovered that a music festival was taking place and knowing we would not want to attend, she changed the itinerary to suit. This is something we would not have know had we tried to book this ourselves. Her knowledge about flights and seating was great too and we now have good seats on all our flights. Lesley was very efficient in arranging everything, so much so we are now all booked up, again something that would have taken us hours and hours to do ourselves. We now have a truly amazing trip and are soooooo looking forward to it. Thank you, Lesley.

We have just returned from a holiday to China and Japan, via a Celebrity Cruise, all arranged by Lesley Hill. All her arrangement were perfect, and no hitches occurred. The private taxis ordered to transport us from the ship to the hotel in Tokyo for the night and then to the airport next day, all appeared exactly on time.
