100% recommend and we will be using again her again
Very professional and exceptionally helpful from first enquiry right through to arriving home and finding goodies on our doormat.
Even through tough Covid travel times, Lisa answered all our queries (and there was alot!) very quickly and never made us feel uncomfortable in bothering her.
Lisa also checked us in for both flights and completed our passenger locator forms, neither of which were expected but was very grateful for and 1 less thing to worry about whilst away.
