Allow me to introduce myself, my name is Lorna Henry and I live in the Ballymoney area of County Antrim.
I am privileged to work for a network of travel experts offering a bespoke, personal service for your travel requirements. After working in the travel industry for over 17 years with high street travel agencies, I decided that it was time for a change. Making the decision to join Travel Counsellors is the best decision I have made and has changed my outlook. I am now part of the most exciting travel company in the UK with award winning technology at my fingertips and access to hundreds of quality, reputable suppliers. This gives me the opportunity to offer you the best possible choices. Working from home now gives me the time to work more closely with my customers on a more personal level. I will take the time to find out what is important to you, after all time is precious and I really need to make sure I get it right for your holiday needs.
I am passionate about what I do. I pride myself in providing excellent customer service and will always go that extra mile to strive for excellence. I have experience in booking a wide variety of holidays from a weekend break in the UK, Europe, family holidays, and cruises, around the world itineraries to multi centre’s, Long haul flights, weddings, honeymoons, golf breaks and more.
Having travelled extensively during my life. I have visited Dubai, India, Florida, been cruising, experienced ski holidays and travelled at length throughout Europe to both City and Beach destinations. These first hand experiences enable I can confidently pass on the wealth of knowledge I have gained to help you find the holiday of your dreams.
I will be happy to discuss, plan and arrange your holiday at a time that is convenient to you. Leaving you free to enjoy your valuable free time.
