Hi, I’m Louise. Thank you for getting this far on my website, probably the hardest thing you’ll have to do about finding your next holiday!
I live for my holidays, love exploring new places and seeing other cultures, often having an adventure. For my own holidays, I always build in some relaxation time as well. In recent years, I have visited many European countries, most of the Far East, China, America and most recently, a holiday of a lifetime in Costa Rica, including the most glamorous glamping you can imagine!
Before becoming a Travel Counsellor, I had spent most of my time in customer service positions.
It is important to me to get to know you sufficiently well to find out what you like. How important to you is comfort, relaxation, activities, exploring on your own or part of a group, local culture, climate and so on? I’ll talk at a time that suits you. Most people think about their holidays out of shop opening hours, so do I.
The end result of that is a tailor-made holiday where you don’t have to take the rough with the smooth. You just do what you want to do.
My ambition is for you to want to come back to me. I’m just here to make it easy for you to create your own happy memories.

Louise has made booking holidays effortless! I normally book our holidays and do all my own research for the best prices, hotels etc. However Louise has completely “nailed it”. I am probably one of the most demanding people when it comes to travel and especially hotels. Friends and family will certainly be recommended . We approached Louise to help us with our day trips, during our long weekend in Oslo recently. We both work full time and just don't have the time to research ourselves. Louise was wonderful and attentive and quick to reply with several possible options, on the TC app. We chose the hop on hop off bus and a boat tour of the the Oslo Fjords, it was great being able to pay via the TC app and our tickets were delivered and stored there. Upon arrival in Oslo, we easily located the bus stop which was close to where we were staying. Our ticket was scanned and off we went. We toured the entire city, hopping off and on at various places that we liked (Viking museum, Vigeland park the Opera house & Royal Place) Our second day we were booked to to do a boat trip, our names were already listed on the tour and it could not have been easier! no worrying if you'll get a seat, no need to carry large amounts of cash. I'd highly recommend Louise for her efficiency, attention to detail and knowledge.
