We approached Louise to help us with our day trips, during our long weekend in Oslo recently. We both work full time and just don't have the time to research ourselves. Louise was wonderful and attentive and quick to reply with several possible options, on the TC app. We chose the hop on hop off bus and a boat tour of the the Oslo Fjords, it was great being able to pay via the TC app and our tickets were delivered and stored there. Upon arrival in Oslo, we easily located the bus stop which was close to where we were staying. Our ticket was scanned and off we went. We toured the entire city, hopping off and on at various places that we liked (Viking museum, Vigeland park the Opera house & Royal Place) Our second day we were booked to to do a boat trip, our names were already listed on the tour and it could not have been easier! no worrying if you'll get a seat, no need to carry large amounts of cash. I'd highly recommend Louise for her efficiency, attention to detail and knowledge.
