I live in the beautiful town of Nantwich with my husband, two young children, and our dog. As a family, we love exploring new places, whether it’s a relaxing weekend escape or an action-packed adventure. With my background as cabin crew for British Airways and TUI, I’ve had the privilege of travelling the world and experiencing countless destinations. This hands-on experience fuels my passion for curating truly unique and meaningful travel experiences for my clients.

As your personal travel concierge, I’m supported by a network of over 2,000 Travel Counsellors. We have recently returned from a winter break in Agadir, Morocco, organised by our wonderful Travel Counsellor, Megan Gilsenan. Once again, Megan showed true professionalism, dedication, personability and her signature personal approach, which made booking and enjoying our holiday all the better! From the first idea, to a clear itinerary shown on the app, as well as printing out all our documents, and finding out tourist information pertinent to the area, Megan was dedicated to making sure our holiday would be as smooth running as possible (which it was), all whilst staying in touch when needed. Receiving a personal welcome letter at the hotel too was the icing on the cake for going that extra mile. My partner, daughter and I had a wonderful, stress free holiday - made easy thanks to Megan - I can only highly recommend using her for all your travel needs. Now....where to next?!

I decided quite last minute that I needed a break, but with a busy job, running a business, and managing home life, the thought of searching and booking a holiday felt overwhelming. That’s where Megan Gilsenan stepped in — and she honestly made the whole experience effortless. From start to finish, every detail was taken care of. She even arranged the Escape Lounge, which set the tone for the trip perfectly. On arrival, our private taxi was waiting for us — no long coach transfers or multiple stops, just a smooth and stress-free journey. The hotel was exactly what I’d asked for, ticking off everything on my list. Travelling with my daughter, I wanted plenty of activities and fun things to do, and it was spot on. What really impressed me was how Megan stayed in touch throughout the trip, making sure everything was perfect. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and it truly took the headache out of travelling. I can’t recommend Megan enough — she turned what usually feels like a stressful process into a seamless, enjoyable experience. I’m already thinking where to next !!

Megan Gilsenan: A Travel Agent Who Truly Cares We can't recommend Megan Gilsenan highly enough! From start to finish, she was absolutely amazing in helping us plan our honeymoon. We were quite indecisive, but Megan was incredibly patient and went above and beyond to find us the perfect destination within our budget. She explored so many options for us and nothing was ever too much trouble. Megan was always just a phone call away, ready to answer any questions or make changes as needed. She even printed all our travel documents and surprised us with some lovely goodies and treats before we left. One of the many thoughtful touches was her reaching out to the hotel to arrange complimentary extras to help us celebrate our honeymoon – such a special gesture! Throughout our trip, Megan kept in touch to make sure everything was going smoothly and she kept us up to date with flight and transfer information. Her attention to detail and care made the whole experience completely stress-free and enjoyable. What can I say, Megan Gilsenan was FANTASTIC. Me and the wife were on the lookout for a holiday for us and the kids, we found something on Jet2, but I knew of Megan through a friend and decided to give her a call. We had a chat about finding the same deal, which she did, but also managed to find us a few extra perks not available through the website (Bonus!) We had constant communication, even into late evening (like 10pm ish) She was just brilliant, explained everything we would get, is sorting seating, sorting check-in and always on call. She booked this whilst on her own family holiday, like, who else would do that. Overall, we got the hotel we wanted, the price we wanted, our own private and constantly reachable travel adviser offering peace of mind and genuine quality service. A truly phenomenal level of service, from someone who clearly loves what they do. So Megan, again, thank you so much.

Megan Gilsenan was our travel consultant and I could not be more pleased with our wedding travel plans! She took considerable time and effort making sure she knew what we wanted and was always so gracious and patient (I’m prone to changing my mind!) My partner and I are getting married abroad next year and as well as sorting flights, airport lounge and car hire, Megan has found a perfect hotel for our honeymoon, as well as taking care of all the finer points. We can’t wait to go now! I highly recommend using her for all your travel needs and will definitely use her again.

Megan, was fantastic from start to finish, she was so easy to deal with very prompt with her responses, she found us a holiday better than we could ask for. I recently booked a holiday through Megan at @tailoredtravelsbymegan and just wanted to say what an excellent experience it was. I am FUSSY and also thrifty… Meg was genuinely amazing, saved me so much time with searching and booking, and was literally a fraction more expensive than if I’d done all the faff of booking and arranging it myself.
