Melanie has assisted us over a number of years now. She takes time to ensure that she has fully understood our requirements and is then very proficient and comes back to us in a timely manner. we also like the personal touch (eg home visits to go through our travel plans and then little surprises when we get to our destinations). whilst on holiday, it’s always reassuring to know that she is only a phone call away should we experience any problems. she is what we would describe as a true professional.

I usually plan and book our family holiday well in advance of our travel date. But due to work pressures I found myself with no holiday booked and only a matter of days to get something arranged. I called Melanie and gave her a vague brief of our holiday requirements. Within a day she came back to me with a dozen or so options, in different locations and with a number of different accommodation arrangements. Having reviewed the options I had a further call with Melanie to confirm the location we'd like to visit, our flight preferences and accommodation requirements. With in hours Mel had come back with a few options which fit the bill perfectly. So we booked our holiday and the documents were delivered with a couple of days. I hope our holiday is a good as the service Mel provided. I will definitely use Mel's services again and would certainly recommend family and friends do the same.
