Really helpful, we could tell that effort had been made with research as different options were given. All our queries were dealt with and it was clear that consideration was given to it being a family holiday with young kids the extra hassle that can involve.

Michael has been excellent from start to finish. Even when our trip had the flights cancelled a number of times and Mauritius was potentially going to be closed, meaning looking at other 10-year anniversary destinations, he worked tirelessly on our behalf. Additionally, at the moments when the package we had paid for broke down (flights, Mauritius closing due to COVID) we were always offered the option of a full refund. As it was, flights became available again and Mauritius re-opened in time for our trip (Sep-21) and we had a delightful 10-days at a resort on the island. We've already booked another trip through Michael for 2022.
