May I say that my experience of booking a holiday through Michelle was a pleasure, from my initial call to going away on holiday, Michelle made it so easy and took all the pressure off. I was taking my 3 children away on my own for the first time and Michelle was so knowledgeable and helpful in advising the best hotel for my individual needs. She was spot on in her recommendation of my accommodation and from the transfer to the hotel everything went as planned. Michelle was recommended to us by a family friend. A family holiday to Florida was our first holiday we booked. Nothing was too much trouble and any question we had she answered honestly. Me and my then fiance decided to get married abroad and the first person we turned to was Michelle with a "HELP" sign :-) I couldnt have done it without her. From the start choosing the destination of where to get married right up until we went she was an absolute star!! Having spent hours on the computer and visiting travel agents looking for holidays without success I contacted Michelle. After a chat to find out my requirements she put together a list of possible hotels and flights. It took me a few hours to decide which hotel I fancied the most, contacted Michelle and everything was booked. We had several chats about the holiday. I found Michelle to be very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. I would certainly recommend Michelle to anyone booking a holiday (I have already done so) and I would not hesitate to contact her when I am booking my next holiday.

Michelle was recommended to me by a friend about 4/5yrs ago, we were struggling to find a holiday basicaly because we weren't sure were to go too. He said give Michelle a ring at Travel Counsellors (to be honest I'd never heard of T/C) she'll sort you out something and she has done every year since. Her knowledge of resorts and countries seems bottomless, we've been to Sharm-el-shiek, Fuengirola, Florida, Tunisia, Cancun and Gumbet since we started dealing with her and not had a single problem. We've been made aware of possible "pitfalls" that one may come across in various locations and if Michelle did'nt know an answer to a quiery she knew where to find it. In conclusion I would no reservations in recommending Michelle.

Michelle is just amazing. we have been to Florida 22 times and I thought I knew it all until I met Michelle, she has been booking all our family holdiays for the last 5 years and still amazes me with facts and suggestions that we never considered. Michelle makes you feel like you are her only client, nothing is ever too much trouble, how she remembers everything I will never know. Michelle has booked our wedding in Las Vegas and then our honeymoon in Mexico. In the beginning we couldn't decide where to go to get married and Michelle came with so many ideas and options for us it was brilliant. She had so much patience for us as we had loads of questions to ask. I have used Michelle now for many holidays and her service has always been the same - excellent. With her knowledge of holiday resorts she has guided us to hotels we hadn't heard of and each one has been brilliant.
