Nathalie comes back quickly to our requests. She understand and knows our requirements. It's all extremely well organised from the beginning of our request until the return of the holiday. I told Natalie what I was thinking of and she came up with the perfect itinerary. All hotels were beautiful. With five flights and six transfers, I was sure there would be a hiccup, but everything ran smoothly as clockwork. Natalie was very quick to respond to any questions. Having the Travel Counsellors app and backup was great too. Will definitely be using Natalie again.

We rarely use travel agents but we were stuck as to where to go for our holiday and to be honest we were so busy with work that we just didn't have the time to look for anything. I've booked 2 holidays through Natalie this year and she is my go too for any travel needs.
Nothing is too much trouble for her and can answer all queries you may have straight away without having to come back to you.
Natalie also understood my budget for each holiday and only presented options within that budget to make it nice and easy for us to choose.

I have been using Natalie for over 8 years booking my holidays so when Thomas Cook closed it left a massive void of losing not only the good service I was always given by Natalie, but a good friend that she had become over the years. I struggled with the thought that I was going to have to go to a complete new travel agent and deal with someone that I was not familiar with, that did not sit well with me. I was therefore so pleased when after meeting for a coffee she told me of her new venture, naturally I was back on board and have now booked two cruises with her. Natalie is very experienced and professional in her line of work and is extremely conscious that she provides that 1st Class service to her clients. Her professionalism shines through and nothing is too much trouble.I certainly won’t be using anyone else.
