My name is Nerys and I’m here to be your personal Travel Counsellor. I’m based near Bangor North Wales and live with my husband and two children. I’m proud to say I’m welsh speaking too so if you want to book your holiday speaking welsh then look no further.
My passion for travel started a long time ago with an educational trip to Russia with school at the age of 10. Travelling then to many different places on family holidays including France,Cyprus,Africa and America to name but a few, places that fuelled my passion even more …travel was always going to be the path for me.
I love to travel and have been lucky enough to experience some great places. The white sands of the Caribbean, Skiing in Austria, several cruises , camel back riding in the Sahara, kissing dolphins in Cuba and climbing the Eiffel tower in beautiful Paris. Since having children we’ve had some great family holidays to,places like Disneyland, Greece ,Turkey ,Spain aswell as many places closer to home here in the UK. There are so many places that are yet to be explored and I’m always looking forward to the next adventure.
With 19 years experience in the travel industry you can rest assured that I have knowledge of most destinations. We were looking for an ideal family holiday for four adults and one 3 yr old child to Lanzarote so we asked Nerys for guidance.
Needless to say, she came up trumps! Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish - finding and booking the holiday, printing and delivering the tickets and boarding passes to our door, contacting the hotel to ask for our preferred rooms and then ensuring that all the boarding passes were in order for our return home.
We cannot praise Nerys' service and attention to detail highly enough and will definitely be asking for her support when considering future holidays.

Again, another fantastic holiday suggested and booked through Nerys with no fuss or hassle, I must have called and emailed so many times to discuss the holiday to New York and Nerys was always on hand to answer and she always went that bit further. Nerys was kind enough to book a trip for some friends and I out to Portugal in March. The choices she offered were brilliant and really took into account the dynamic of my group. The booking process was very straightforward as was the arrangements she had made for us while we were in Portugal too. She was always available and the service she offers is both friendly and personal which was all the more helpful when our return trip was delayed by our airline for 3 days. I can’t thank Nerys enough for the service she offered in arranging accommodation for the additional days we were delayed. Throughout the delay, Nerys was always available with information and I have to say the service was second to none. I wouldn’t hesitate asking Nerys to organise another holiday for me and in fact I already have! If there was a star rating, Nerys would score the maximum!

Absolutely great service from Nerys! It’s been a bit of a challenge arranging this trip as it’s a Hen Do and getting everything to suit everyone has been hard, but Nerys has accommodated to everything I have asked, has changed things at a drop of a hat and had even found a better deal for us which works out brilliantly! Nothing was too much of an ask and she has ensured that I haven’t had to do anything! She has answered emails out of hours and has phoned to keep me updated, which has put me at ease! Highly recommend and will enquire with Nerys for Honeymoon ideas!

It's wonderful in the comfort of your own home to provide details of your desired holiday choices knowing someone is working hard to find exactly what you asked for. If you don't feel confident using the internet it's ideal and also sitting in a travel agent can take a very long time. Great service.
