I am based in a small village called Wilsden on the outskirts of Bradford and I look after clients from all over the UK.
I have been in the travel industry for the past 27 years and I am very passionate about all things travel.
I pride myself on the service I give to my customers and I am able to offer a personal service and attention to detail that simply cannot be found on the high street. I am available at a time convenient to you including evenings and weekends. My aim is to build long term partnerships with all my clients based on trust, understanding and the honesty of independent and professional advice.

What an amazing holiday! My best friend and I decided to finally do our dream and visit New York and Las Vegas.
We flew to New York and spent two nights at The Edison Hotel. The location was unbelievable, right in the middle of Times Square. As we only had two nights in New York we wanted to make sure we saw as many sights as possible. We booked the hop on hop off bus, which was brilliant. We did a tour of the Empire State Building, walked round China Town and Little Italy and visited all the famous department stores and Ground Zero. I found the bus to be really good value and allowed us to see New York and take in the major sites without getting lost or wondering where to go next.
We then flew onto Las Vegas for five nights at The Tropicana. The hotel is situated on the famous Strip. We spent our time looking round the amazing hotels, watching the famous fountains at The Bellagio, a gondola ride at the stunning Venetian and the exciting Pirate Show at Treasure Island Hotel.
The highlight of my trip was the helicopter ride and trip to The Grand Canyon. We flew mid-afternoon and landed at The Ranch just before sunset where we then did a horseback ride through the dessert before stopping for Champagne at sunset. The views were stunning. That night we had a traditional western meal before sitting round the camp fire listening to stories and songs by a Cowboy who lived at the ranch. You could either stay in a Teepee or like us a genuine pine cabin.
We woke to the sun shining and the sound of the helicopters landing at the ranch ready to take us back to Las Vegas. On the way back we flew back up through the Canyon and over Lake Mead. I didn't want the trip to end.
Going back to Las Vegas is definitely on my to-do list, the excitement, entertainment and just Las Vegas is addictive. I love planning my client’s holiday to Las Vegas even though there is a hint of jealousy!

i would definitely recommend Nicola, she was extremely helpful and always at the other end of the phone, we was also getting a quote from another company however the customer service from Nicola was excellent she looked at my other quote and noticed the small things that we didn't like being stuck in an airport for 12 hours and a room with no balcony. she sent us quotes on a Sunday and her personal skills was exceptional. such a lovely pleasant and friendly lady i will be using her again. a really big thank you for sorting a really big holiday out and taking the stress out for me xxx

Having sent Nicola a brief of the type of city break we wanted, including some specifics (i.e. must have air con) and some vague requirements (i.e. needs to be near some great places to eat), Nicola very quickly responded with a complete package that not only suited our requests, but was a great price too. Booking a holiday has become a much trickier experience over the past five years. Budgets are tighter, school holiday price increases are ludicrous and there's so much to choose from, it can become a daunting task! Myself and two friends wanted to visit Las Vegas and contacted Nicola for a quote. From initial contact right through to our return from holiday, Nicola was amazing and a real pleasure to deal with. I usually arrange and book my holidays myself however Nicola was a dream and took all the pressure and responsibility off me, from arranging all the booking to offering advice on excursions and the weather! Myself and my husband wanted a christmas shopping trip with somewhere we could relax. Nicola suggested Chester and found us a wonderful hotel with a spa close to Chester town centre. Nicola Dack is absolutely fantastic, we had to change a booking which was a worry, however Nicola quickly resolved this and made it easy and worry free. About 15 years ago we went to the Coop in Keighley to book a holiday - our first abroad. We met Nicola who suggested where to go. We did as advised and my wife and I thought it was the bees knees. So having found the best in Nicola we decided to stay with her, she has booked our holidays ever since. Now she has gone private nothing has changed, she still gives the best advice and nothing is too much trouble, she is a great help to both of us.
