My husband and I have been dealing with Nikki for a number of years now - primarily for booking cruises. We have always found her to be extremely professional and knowledgable. On several occasions she has assisted us in sorting out problems encountered and is always available. On one occasion, she even gave advice despite being on vacation! As soon as Nikki became familiar with the type of holidays we liked and our expectations from a holiday she has provided a first class professional service. We've booked over 30 holidays with Nikki and her competative prices means we will continue to do so. Unlike a High Street Travel Agent Nikki is always at the end of the phone in the event of an emergency. We regard Nikki as our 'personal travel counsellor' and also a friend and we have recommended her to friends and family. Nikki has supported my travel plans for the last few years. I sometimes call giving vague ideas about where and when but she always comes up with the right holiday! From the most significant holiday abroad to a weekend in Pitlochry, her attention to detail is perfect. Nikki has been a huge help in finding us holidays to the Canaries, Cyprus and flights plus accommodation for city breaks.
