• Your first week is spent on Oʻahu, an island that perfectly mixes city convenience with deep Hawaiian heritage. Beyond the famous Waikīkī Beach, where gentle waves are ideal for first-time family surf lessons, you can delve into history at Pearl Harbor or visit ʻIolani Palace, the only official royal residence in the United States. In the evening, your trip includes admission to Auana, a Hawaii-inspired experience by Cirque du Soleil that offers a dazzling show of acrobatics and storytelling.

• In Oʻahu, you'll stay at the Outrigger Waikiki Beachcomber Hotel, putting you right in the centre of Waikīkī. Your Waikiki View Room offers a great perspective on the famous beachfront. On Maui, your base is the Maui Coast Hotel, where a Double King Room gives the family plenty of space to unwind. With your included rental car, you’re free to explore the island’s scenic roads, from the winding drive to Hāna to the island's many quiet beaches and lookout points.

• After the buzz of Honolulu, Maui offers a complete change of scene. Known as ‘The Valley Isle,’ its landscapes are dramatic and varied. With seven days of car rental, your family has the freedom to set its own schedule. You could spend a day driving the scenic Road to Hāna, stopping at roadside stalls for fresh banana bread, or finding a quiet spot for a family picnic. Alternatively, head to the west coast for an afternoon of snorkelling at Kaʻanapali Beach, known for its calm, clear waters and resident sea turtles.
