In La Fortuna, you’ll have the option to canyon down waterfalls or try white-water rafting or paddleboarding on Lake Arenal. Earlier, you’ll tour the Mi Cafecito Coffee Cooperative in Sarapiquí to see how local farmers manage the process from bean to cup and share in a freshly brewed coffee.

At Quepos, you’ll have time to relax on the beach, explore the Pacific shoreline, or stroll into the town’s easy-going evening scene. On the included visit to Manuel Antonio National Park, you’ll hike trails, spot sloths and monkeys, then swim in the sea - a rare combination of rainforest meets beach.
