I used Patrick to book a 6-week trip to 5 different countries, and he was amazing. Because of the pandemic he had to reorganise it twice, and was on hand to help while we were away with any flight changes. Because of this service, I now use him to book all travel for work (quite a few oversees photoshoots, so flights from multiple airports, hotels etc), and even our Financial Director now uses him for his personal travel! We're all really pleased with the level of service from Patrick - nothing is ever a problem, and always done so efficiently.
