Hello! My name is Pedro and I'm your Fife based personal Travel Counsellor. I worked for well known high street agents in Essex and Fife for over 15 years before joining Travel Counsellors in September 2020.
I specialise in the Indian Ocean, Far East, Safaris and Family Holidays and I will provide you with tailor-made, personalised advice, recommendations and support. I’m a proud daddy of three and we have made amazing family memories in places like Mauritius, Thailand, Malaysia, Turkey, Greece, Spain, Portugal, Egypt, so I know what details are important for families when planning holidays with children.
There are no 9 - 5 opening hours, I'm available 24/7 and I will give you a personal 1-2-1 Holiday Experience – meet for coffee/hand-deliver tickets. There is no call centre, when you call, I will personally answer the phone and I will be the person you talk to from initial enquiry through to welcome home and beyond. Pedro always remembers my family preferences when it comes to holidays and is very diligent in finding not only great deals but more importantly providing us what we want rather than try and sell something that is not actually suitable. Pedro has found a great deal on a Dubai break for us for next year along with a break in Tenerife. I would highly recommend him and the App from Travel Counsellors is really good to monitor payments and somewhere to keep the holiday docs.

I met Pedro when I led an educational trip to Mauritius. What can I say, he is so knowledgable and has a wealth of experience in travel. I wouldn’t hesitate in booking a holiday with him, or recommending him to a friend. He is so passionate in what does and will always go the extra mile to find the best holiday to suit his clients. I met Pedro 4 years ago when he managed to book me a last minute holiday to the Maldives as my original holiday to Cuba was cancelled due to a hurricane. Pedro has booked many holidays for myself and my husband when he worked in Thomas Cook Romford. He was always so friendly and pleased to see us. We would make a point of booking an appointment to see him rather than anyone else.

Pedro listened to the kind of holiday we wanted in Dubai & The Maldives and then suggested an innovative and well researched itinerary that included the right type of accommodation and excursions. In previous times we had booked everything over the web but it was great to have that personal touch; questions were answered straightaway and nothing seemed like too much trouble.
