Thank you for visiting my web page. My name is Priya and I am an independent ATOL protected Travel Counsellor based in Rotherham and consulting nationwide. I have lived in Rotherham for over 10 years with my husband and two young sons.
Being a Travel Counsellor allows me to build relationships with my clients, to understand their requirements in order to bespoke every experience. My aim is to make your travel experience stress free, luxurious and memorable. I appreciate how precious time is therefore I adopt a patient and flexible working approach throughout, via e-mail, phone, virtually, social media or face-to-face.
My journey with Travel Counsellors began in 2010 when I booked our honeymoon via a counsellor and thanks to the outstanding service provided, we were relaxing in complete luxury during the events of the ash cloud, I knew then I wanted to be part of sharing this service with others. So, I made the life changing decision in 2020 to become a Travel Counsellor after working for over 10 years in business management.
Myself and my family have a passion for travelling and believe taking time out of our busy schedules is so important, to us every holiday is about making memories. Be that experiencing different cultures, travelling for sport, sightseeing or relaxing on a beach.
Your memories begin when you start planning to travel, the build-up to a holiday is all part of the experience and excitement and when you are too busy to focus on this you can rely on me to support at every stage.
From staycations with long walks, hot tubs, beaches and country pubs to long haul picturesque villages, busy cities, street food and sightseeing I can offer my clients vast first-hand knowledge and experiences. I have visited many regions of 20 different countries and have access to a wealth of knowledge of those I am yet to experience.

The trip from start to finish was enhanced due to the hard work, care and experience that Mrs Ghai and the Travel Counsellors put into helping, advising, and booking everything from inception to coming home. As a frequent traveller with work, I wish I was looked after on my business trips like we were on this holiday.
New York was amazing and we crammed everything in – we did too much really but everything is worth a visit.
Food was great from street food to American diners to the Irish bars and general bars.
The city does not sleep.
I would recommend a city pass and planning your days to get the most out of the city pass.
I’m not normally a city vacation person but would go back again. My daughter had been with school previously, loved that and said this was far far better and wants to go again.
Lastly again the experience was made so much easier and better by Mrs Ghai and the travel Counsellors. We will use them again and would recommend them to everyone.

When we started looking for a dream family trip I contacted Priya and after listening to everything we wanted, she put together the perfect package.
From our stay on the luxurious Wonder of the Seas to an action packed week in Universal, we couldn’t fault a thing.
An absolute highlight for all of us was A Perfect day at CocoCay, Royal Caribbeans private island. Literally a day in paradise ???
There were a couple of times that I had to contact Priya with queries (about flights) whilst we were there and I was supported straight away. This meant that anything that would have taken time from our holiday and caused stress, were dealt with and we were free to enjoy our time away.
I would without a doubt go to Priya again for any future adventures and can’t thank her enough for her help.

I wanted to write to you to thank you for making all the arrangements for our recent trip to the Maldives.
Trying to find the perfect place to celebrate my 50th birthday was daunting. Having listened to what we were looking for you were able to find a perfect resort for us within our budget. This was one that we hadn’t previously considered.
The whole trip was seamless and truly a holiday to remember and I can’t thank you enough for your support, even checking us in on our flight on a Sunday.
In these uncertain times it was reassuring to know that we had you at the end of the phone should we have needed any help or support.
We have found using a travel consultant to be fantastic and having had some bad customer service experiences with some of the well known travel companies we will never go back to that way of booking again. I look forward to seeing what you arrange for us this summer.

We have travelled for 30 years together and never used a travel agency or consultant, always booking everything ourselves. Due to the unusual circumstances arising from a year of Covid we decided to use Priya to help us book a cheeky weekend away when lockdown rules allowed. I can honestly say she made the whole process extremely easy. Providing exceptional choice of accommodation. One of the options was a place we’d already stayed at showing she’d interpreted our style perfectly. This led to quality information on the area we were staying and making sure we were aware of all the necessary requirements to make sure our stay was organised and we could just turn up and relax.
From this first experience we will continue to use Priya for all our holidays in the future.
