3 Night Mini Break in Hong Kong

I flew out to Hong Kong in July for a city break for three nights. Whilst landing in Hong Kong it was clear even from the airport that the transportation around Hong Kong was so accessible/cheap and easy to use. We travelled by train straight from the airport to Kowloon which takes 20 minutes, a courtesy bus for the Dorsett Mongkok picked us up and we were at the hotel within 10 minutes.

Whilst in Hong Kong we visited Lantau Island where the 'Big Buddha' is. We took the cable car which sits as Asia's highest point I hear! This was incredible, and we got to visit local temples and see the living monks on Lantau island.

We tracked down Bruce Lee’s house too, which takes 20 minutes to reach from Kowloon. We also waved at him, well his statue in the statue of gardens located at Kowloon pier!

The night markets just off Nathan Road were excellent and open until midnight. I loved the culture and buzz of the city and discovering local bargains. I highly recommend Hong Kong.
